4 Race: NOGHERAZZA VIA GRESANE and PARC FERME AT ALPE IN FIORE 2 GENERAL CONDITIONS 2.1 The competition sall be organized in conformity with the previsions of the National Sporting Code (RNS), its Supplementary Norms (NS) and the provisions of these Supplementary Regulations. For what not explicity indicated in the present Regulations it counts, as applicable, the Supplementary Norms published on the ACI/CSAI 2014 Yearbook (in particular NS 1 Cap. IV Campionato Italiano, Trofei e Coppe CSAI Settore Velocità in Salita and NS16 Cap. II Norme Particolari per le Competizioni di Velocità in Salita, that are considered totally transcribed). 2.2 By entering the competition, the participants agree abide by the above provisions and abandon, under penalty of disqualification, to present all recourse to arbitrators or courts not provided for in the CSI/RNS. 2.3 Any person or association organizing, or taking part in an event, and falling to comply with these previsions shall have their license withdrawn The event counts towards the following Championship: CSAI ITALIAN TROPHY NORD ZONE (COEFF. 1) AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIP TRIVENETO/SLOVENIA TROPHY 2.5 Course The event will be run FROM CALEIPO TO NEVEGAL/ALPE IN FIORE (BL) STRADA PROVINCIALE N. 31 DEL NEVEGAL, start in LOC. CALEIPOCROSSING VIA GRESANE (altitude mt. 447) and finish in NEVEGAL/ALPE IN FIORE CROSSING VIA COL DE GOU (altitude mt. 973). The course, 5,500 km long, will be carried out in 2 (two) heats. The difference in height between start and finish corresponds to 526 mt., with an average gradient of 9,56%. AT KM. 4,900(MARSHAL POST 14) IL WILL BE PRESENTE A SLOWING CHICANE, WITH ENTRY TO THE LEFT. THE SAME WILL BE SIGNALED ON THE SITE. The drivers, after the 1 st head, overcome the finishing line, rigorously observing the instruction of the Marshals, must continue to the suitable place, where regime of closed park is in force, waiting for reach the place of departure for the 2 nd heat. The verification of the weight of the cars can take place both before or at the end of the 1 st and/or 2 nd heat. The course will be closed to the normal traffic during the officials practice and the race. 3 ELIGIBLE VEHICLES 3.1 All vehicles complying with the prescripions of the FIA Appendix J, the specific regulations for Hill-Climb (in particular NS16 Cap. II) and the dispositions of the this Supplementary Regulations (RPG). The vehicles, that must have the Homologation Fiche and the CSAI Technical Passport fiche, are divided in the following Groups: Group N (including GroupR1, according to the table provided) Group A (including WRC, Kit Car, Super 1600, SP, S2000 e Group R2, R3, R4 e R5, according to the table provided) Group E1 Italia Group CN GT (Gran Tourism) including RGT Racing Start Group E2B (Sport Prototypes up to 3000 cm 3 ) Group E2M (Singleseated up to di 3000 cm 3 ) Group E2S (Silhouette) Group E3 (Expired of homologation vehicle V.S.O. Are excluded: Formula (single-seater), open wheels cars, sports car, two-seater car racing, vehicles equipped with diesel cycle engine, vehicles built before 31/12/2005. Authorized vehicles must fully comply with technical regulations relating to the respective groups to which they belong, except for the feeding for which must be applied the technical prescription for powered by CNG end GPL published in NS From 1/1/2009 is no longer required the safety flange for turbo cars Group N and A provided for Rallyes (NS10 Cap. VII Art. 1). 3.4 The safety equipment of all vehicles must comply with the FIA Appendix J. THE ONLY FOREIGN COMPETITORS PARTECIPATING IN THE AUSTRIAN AND TRIVENETO/SLOVENIA TROPHY MUST RESPECT THE RULES ISSUED BY THEIR FEDERATION. 3.5 Any vehicle with insufficient safety features or not complying with the regulations in force shall not be admitted to or shall be excluded from the event. 3.6 Only fuel which complies with the provisions of Appendix J may be used. 3.7 Any form of pre-heating of the wheels and/or tyres before the start is prohibited and may result in sanction that may go as far as exclusion. 4 DRIVERS SAFETY EQUIPMENT 4.1 The wearing of a safety belt and crash helmet complying with the standard approved by FIA is obligatory during the practice heats and the race. The use of FHR system is compulsory for all vehicles (excepion made for vehicles taking part to Trophies/Series Barchetta, Alfa 33 e Assominicar Trophy, for which the system FHR is recommended). 4.2 Drivers are strictly obliged to wear fire-resistant clothing (including an overall, a mask or balaclava, gloves, etc.) complying with the current FIA standard. 4.3 All those who were found not conforming to international or national relative clothing / safety devices should be excluded from the race and referred to the Sports Justice. 5 ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS 5.1 Any person or legal entity holding a competitor s license valid for the current year shall be eligible as a competitor. 5.2 Drivers must be in possession of both a car drive licence and a Driver s Licence valid for the current year. Is not compulsory to show the car drive licence during the administrative checks Foreign competitors and drivers must be in possession of a written authorization to take part in the event from ASN which issued their license(s) (even taking the form of just a note on the license). 6 ENTRIES, LIABILITY AND INSURANCE 6.1 Applications for entries sall be accepted following publication of the supplementary regulations and should be sent to the following adress: TRE CIME PROMOTOR asd VIA DELL ARTIGIANATO N BELLUNO (ITALY) fax +39 (0) posta@trecimepromotor.it Closind date for eintries: MONDAY 28/07/2013 at Only complete and conforming to the prescription of the RNS entries will be accepted. The Organizer will hold a protocol of the entries, that will be given to the Chairman of the Stewards ACI/CSAI and sent with the final documentation of the event. With the entry the competitor : - declare to know the provisions of the Code and this Appendix, of the Sporting National Regulations (RNS) and this Supplementary Norms (NS) and the Supplementary Regulations, committing himself to respect and to have them respected ; - recognizes the A.C.I./C.S.A.I. as the only competent jurisdiction, except for the right of Appeal as foreseen in the Code and in the Sporting National Regulation; renounces, consequently, to take legal steps in other jurisdictions for consequent facts resulting from the organization and from the conduction of the competition; 18

7 - considers A.C.I., C.S.A.I., Organizers, all the Officials relieved from all third parts faults for damages suffered by the competitor himself, his drivers, passengers, employees or goods. 6.2 The maximun number of entries admitted is 250 (including every vehicles provided for this Supplementary Regulations, E3 and Historic cars). 6.3 There may be a change of vehicle after the closing of entries only untill the end of administrative checks on the competitor concerned, provided that the new car belongs to the same Group and the same cylinder capacity Class (Art. 3.2 RPG) as the vehicle being replaced Change of competitor after the closing of entries is not allowed. Changes of driver are authorized in accordance with art. 121 of RNS. The replacement driver, who must hold a valid car drive license, driver s license as well as authorization from his ASN, must be named before the administrative checks are carried out for the vehicle concerned Double starts (1 driver for 2 cars or 1 car for 2 drivers) are not authorized The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to refuse an entry however giving justification (Art. 74 of RNS). 6.6 The entry fees shall be as follows: IVA - Group N/A/R/E3(VSO-N/VSO-A/VSO-B/VSO-GT)/E3S/E1Italia 2000 /SP/ KitCar/S1600/ S2000/WRC IVA - CN/E1 Italia>2000(class 1600 overpowered included) /E1FIA/E2M/E2B/E2S/GT IVA - RACING START UNDER IVA - RACING START OVER FOR FOREIGN NATIONLITY DRIVERS AS CONTRIBUTION FOR INSURANCE EXPENSES Without the organizer s optional advertising (Art ): the double of the entry fees must be paid. AT BANCA PREALPI (BELLUNO) IBAN IT 07 J BIC/SWIFT ICRAITRRP An entry shall only be accepted if it is accompanied by the entry fees and received by the deadline set in Art In all cases, the enrtry fees include the necessary start numbers. 6.9 The entry fees will be refunded in full if the entry is not accepted or the event is cancelled. In case of withdraw, the fees: Must be repaid at 50%, if the withdraw is received before the closing date of entries; Must not be returned if it is received after the closing date of entries. The following dispositions should also be applied: a) In case of interruption of the event during the race heats due for reasons outside organization (ex.: accident, landslide, fire, etc), the entry fee will not be returned; b) In case of interruption during the official practice heats due to reasons outside organization (ex.: accident, landslide, fire, etc.), the entry fee will be returned to the extent of 40%. In case b) the eventual contribution to the final prize money is due in the measure of 60% of the normal amount; in case a) in the measure of 100%. The refund of entry fee shall be done within 15 days after the event Each competitor takes part on his own responsibility. The Organizer shall refuse to accept any liability for personal injury or damage to property vis-à-vis competitors, drivers, assistants and third parties In accordance with legal regulations, the organizer has taken out an insurance policy covering the following risks: Third party civil liability up to , The civil liability insurance taken out by the organizer shall apply for the entire duration of the event, not only during official practices and race heats, but also during trips from the parking area to the track and back, as indicated by organizer. 7 RESERVATIONS, OFFICIAL TEXT 7.1 The organizer reserves the right to add to his supplementary regulations or to issue additional conditions or instruction which will form an integral part of them. He also reserves the right to cancel or stop the event in the case of insufficient participation, force majeure or unforeseeable event, without being under any obligation whatsoever to provide compensation (art. 6.9 cases excluded). 7.2 Participants shall be informed of any amendments or additional conditions as soon as possible, through dated and numbered information bulletins posted on the official notice board ( Art 1.3 RPG.) Any cases not provided for the supplementary regulations shall be decided by the Stewards of the meeting For the Supplementary Regulations, the ITALIAN text will be considered as authentic text.. 8 GENERAL OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Start numbers 19

8 8.1.1 The organizer shall be provide each participant with n 3 (three) sets of start numbers which shall be clearly displayed (no cut and with all visible advertising), before technical checks, on both sides of the vehicle (vertically oriented) and on the bonnet or on the roof, (in central position) as will be indicated by organization during the event. The number on the bonnet or roof must be oriented towards RIGHT side. The vehicles without correct start numbers will not be allowed to start the event. Any single race number must be in black (red only for drivers with disabilities) on a white background and have a width of cm.5 and a height of cm The competitors are responsible for allocating the start numbers, following the organizer instructions (see appendix 5) At the end of event, before leaving the Parch Fermé or the paddock, the numbers of vehicles driving on public road must be removed or crossed out In Appendix nr 5 the advertising and race numbers positioning scheme is displayed. The presence of compulsory advertising will be checked at scrutineering an at the alignment before start. The missing, also partial, or the incorrect positioning of the advertising will be punished with a overtax from 50,00 to the double of entry fee. 8.2 Starting arrangements Drivers must place themselves at the disposal of the Clerk of the Course at least an hour before the start (both for practice and for the race). The drivers shall accept the consequences should they be unaware of any conditions or modifications to the timetable which might be decided prior to the start The participants shall take their place in the starting file at least 10 minutes prior to their starting time. Any driver who fails to report to the start at his scheduled signed time may be excluded from the event. 8.3 Advertising Any advertising may be affixed to the vehicles, on condition that: It complies with the FIA regulations (and to the national regulations); It is not offensive. No advertising whatsoever may be affixed to the side windows The organizer has made provision for the following advertising (see Appendix nr. 5): Obligatory (race numbers): NOTICED BY BULLETIN Optional: NOTICED BY BULLETIN The presence of compulsory advertising will be checked at scrutineering an at the alignment before start. The missing, also partial, or the incorrect positioning of the advertising will be punished with a overtax from 50,00 to the double of entry fee. Those who don t accept the organization optional advertising must pay the double of the entry fee. 8.4 Flag signals, track behavior The following flag signals may be used during practice and race and must be strictly observed : - Red flag Stop immediately and definitively - Yellow flag * Danger, absolutely no overtaking - Yellow flag with red stripes Slippery surface, change in grip - Blue flag Competitor attempting to overtake - Black and white chequered flag End of the heat (finish line) * Yellow flag waved Immediate danger, be prepared to stop * Two yellow flag together Serious danger It s strictly forbidden to drive a vehicle across or in the opposite direction to the direction of the race, unless instructed to do so by the marshals or the clerk of the course. Any breach of this regulation shall result in exclusion, with the possible addition of other sanctions and the transmission of the case to the ASN concerned If a driver is obliged to stop his heat to mechanical failure or other problems, he must immediately park his car away from the track and leave it, and obey any instructions given by the marshal. 9 ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND SCRUTINEERING 9.1 Administrative checks The administrative checks shall take place at CASTION (BL ) C/O RISTIRANTE NOGHERAZZA VIA GRESANE Phone Fax +39 (0) on FRIDAY 01/08/2014 from to and on 02/08/2014 from to WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO 10 WRITTEN REQUESTS ARRIVE BEFORE CLOSING OF ENTRIES The participants must report for the checks in person The following documents must be presented: competitors and drivers competition licenses, team licence, fiche medical and techinical passport. 9 9.2.2 Competitors are obliged to accompany their vehicles at scrutineering, so that identification and safety checks can be carried out The homologation form and the technical passport of the vehicle must be presented on request. Otherwise, scrutineering may be refused Participants reporting for scrutineering after their scheduled time shall be liable to a penalty which may go as far as exclusion, at the stewards discretion. However, the steward may decide to allow the vehicle to be scrutineered if the competitor/driver can prove that their late arrival was due to force majeure Scrutineering does not constitute confirmation that the vehicle complies with the regulations in force After scrutineering has been completed, the list of participants authorized to take part in practice shall be published and posted by the organizer at the Official Notice Board. 10 RUNNING OF THE EVENT 10.1 Start, finish, timekeeping The start will take place with the vehicle stationary and the engine running. The stewards of the meeting and the clerk of the course are free to modify the starting order according to the circumstances Any vehicle which has triggered the timing device shall be considered ad having started, and shall not be granted a second start Any refusal or delay in starting shall result in exclusion The finish shall be a flying finish. The heat ends when the vehicle crosses the finish line; as soon as this is done, the vehicle must reduce speed drastically Timing shall be carried out using photoelectric cells and shall be accurate to at least 1/100 of a second Practice It is strictly forbidden to practice outside the times scheduled for official practice. During the week before the event, it is forbidden to perform free test with cars not in conformity with Nationals Highway Code or disregard them. Following a report by the Authorities, the Steward will decide about the sanction to inflict to the transgressors, which can go as far as the not admission to competition. The organizer will make an agreement with the local Authorities in order to prepare a suitable control service and report of nominatives od competitors incurring in road circulation provisions infringements Official practice shall take place in accordance with the detailed timetable drawn up by the organizer. The official practice will be effect on 2 (two) heats. The departures of the official practice will be given in loc. CALEIPO (BL), from of 02/08/2014, with the following order of departure of the cars: Historic cars E3 (N-VSO, A-VSO, B-VSO, GT-VSO) E3S - Racing Start - Group N - Group A (A-R-KitCar- S1600-S2000-SP-WRC)- E1 Italia (Class E turbo fuel will start after Class E1 2000) - GT (Classes RGT, GTCUP, GT3) E2S CN E2B - E2M. The drivers can perform only one or both official practice heats Only vehicles which have passed scrutineering shall be allowed to start the practice heats the conditions for admission to the start of the heats of the race follows the regressive order of the start numbers. This regressive order and the right presence of the obligatory advertising will be checked before the start by an Official. Special cases will be submitted to the Steward. Each competitor, to take part to the race, must have run at least one time the complete track during official practice. In case this didn t happened, a competitor that took a start in the official practicebut didn t run the complete track, can be admitted to the race if in one of three previous editions of the race classified in the race or appears in the start list, and the track didn t change more than 10%. The drivers can also be admitted to the race with motivated decision by Stewards, also on the Clerk of Course proposal Race The heats of the race shall take place in accordance with the detailed timetable drown up by the organizer. The departure of the race will be given in loc. CALEIPO (BL), from of SUNDAY 03/08/2014, with the following order of departure of the cars: Historic cars E3 (N-VSO, A-VSO, B-VSO, GT-VSO) E3S - Racing Start - Group N Group A (A-R-KitCar- S1600-S2000-SP-WRC)- E1 Italia (Class E turbo fuel will start after Class E1 2000) GT (Classes RGT, GTCUP, GT3) E2S CN E2B E2M. The start will compulsory use automatic system. Any vehicle which has triggered the timing device shall be considered ad having started, and shall not be granted a second start. Starting time will be given by the green light of the semaphore, while the real starting time will take by a photocell connected with a writing instrument, located at one meter distance from the starting line fixed at the front-most part of the car. A driver may not be ready to start, even if already under the start s orders. He can then be allowed to start with a delay not exceeding 30 from the GREEN LIGH COMES ON. Beyond such a delay, the driver will not be allowed to start and will be considered as having withdrawn. The Clerk of Course can authorize the drivers stopped along the course, because of interruptions not due to them, to repeat the rejoin the race The race shall be run on n 2 (two) heats Outside assistance Any outside assistance shall result in exclusion Vehicles which have stopped along the route may only be towed away by order of the clerk of the course. 21

10 Only for E2M and E2B vehicles, the presence of maximum two mechanics (with pass) is admitted until the start line, in order to help the start with external energy help. The mechanics are required to comply strictly with any provisions of the clerk of the course. 11 PARC FERME, FINAL CHECKS 11.1 Parc Fermé At the end of the event (and also at the end of first heat), Parc Fermé rules shall be apply between the finish line and the entrance to the Parc Fermé After arrival, drivers, follow the directions of the Officials, must drive their cars, without stopping, to the Parc Fermé, otherwise they can be sanctioned with exclusion from the event. The organizer shall preside, with marshals and / or Judges of fact, the stretch of road from the finish line at the entrance of the parc fermé. At the end of the event (and also at the end of first heat), all classified vehicles shall remain in Parc Fermé until this is not reopened by the clerk of the course with the approval of the stewards of the meeting. Parc fermé cannot be opened until the period of time allowed for lodging of pretests has expired The Parc Fermé is located at ALPE IN FIORE/NEVEGAL (BL) 11.2 Additional checks Any vehicle may be submitted to additional checking by the scrutineers, both while the event is taking place and especially after the finish At the request of the steward, whether spontaneously or following a protest, a vehicle may be impounded after the finish and subject to complete and detailed scutineering entailing the dismantling of the car Special checks (weighting, etc.) will take place in PARC FERME ALPE IN FIORE/NEVEGAL and/or OFFICINA TALO LOC. CESA DI LIMANA (BL) 12 CLASSIFICATIONS, PROTESTS, APPEALS 12.1 Classifications The conditions for drawing up the classifications are the following: the classifications will be established following the increasing order of the times. In case of two heats race, the classifications will be drawn adding the times of the two heats The rule for deciding between competitors in the case of a tie as the follows: the best time in one of the two heats the following classifications will be drawn up: General classification of all Groups admitted by the CSAI togheter (except E3, E3S, Makers Trophy that have different classifications) Classification for every Group forseen by ACI/CSAI Regulations Classification Under 25 Classification of Racing Start (groups/classes and a special one for UNDER 25 Racing Start all together) Classification Groups E3 and E3S Classification Ladies Classification Teams Classification for every Classes foreseen by ACI/CSAI Regulations (for each Group), AUSTIAN CHAMPIONSHIP The timekeeping Service will be held by: FICR BELLUNO Classification Compiler: MIGLIOZZI FRANCO Person in charge: FASOLO DINO 12.2 Protests The lodging of protests and the daedlines to be observed shall be in accordance with the provisions of the RNS The deadline for the lodging of protest against the results or the classification (Art 173 of RNS) shall be 30 minutes after the posting of the results on the official notice board the deposit for protest is set at 350,00 and it has to be versed to secretariat. The deposit shall be refunded only if the protest is upheld Mass protests and protest regarding timekeeping or the decisions taken by the judges of fact are not accepted The right to protest can only be exercised by competitors who are duly entered in the event or by their representative(s) holding a written proxy (original document) In the event of a protest necessitating the dismantling of a vehicle, the resulting estimated costs shall be guaranteed by a deposit to be specified by the steward on the basis of the tariff provisions of NS 9. The deposit must be paid within the period specified by the stewards in order for this checks to be carried out Protests against entry validity and/or against competitors or drivers or vehicles qualification, must be lodged within 30 minutes after the end of the scrutineering, at the least. 22

11 The deadline for protest regarding not conformity of a vehicle and/or classification shall be lodged within 30 minutes form posting the group absolute results signed by a steward or the clerk of the course Appeals The lodging of an appeal and the related costs shall be in accordance with the provisional of the CSI/RNS The deposit for national appeals is set in 3.000, The competitor has the obligation to deliver the contested mechanic detail to the stewards for the forwarding to the T.N.A., done accordingly to the NS 9art. 4 prescriptions. 13 PRIZES AND CUPS, PRIZE-GIVING CERIMONY 13.1 Prizes and cups The following prizes, cups and trophy will be awarded: From 1 st to 10 th of the absolute classification (reserved only Groups N-A (including R-KitCar-S1600- S2000-SP-WRC vehicles)-e1italia Racing Start- E2B-GT-CN-SP-E2M-E2S) 1 st 2 nd 3 rd of each group (N-A-CN-E1 ITALIA E2B E3/VSO-N, VSO-A, VSO-B, VSO-GT E3S - RACING START -GT-E2M-E2S) 1 st 2 nd 3 rd of each class (GRUPPI N-A-CN-E1 ITALIA-RACING START- GT E2B-E2M- E2S - E3/VSO-N, VSO-A, VSO-B, VSO-GT) 1 st UNDER 25, LADIES, E1SS (SUPERSTARS), TEAMS OTHER PRIZES: EACH DIVISION OF AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIP MONEY PRIZES : IVA (+ 20% if the public is charged, equal to IVA), to be given to ACI Sport (a - b) for the compling of the classifications. The prize of honor, except for the first three classified, can be collected by a person with a written proxy. The first three of the absolute classification of group must attend the awarding ceremony. In case of absence, without a valid reason, the driver will lose the right to the prizes of honor and moreover will incur in the following sanctions: - for the first absence fine of. 259,00 - in case of second offence, loss of the prizes in money and fine of. 259,00. Specify whether the admission of the public and/or vehicles is subject to payment of entrance fee: YES Prizes in kind which have not been collecetd within a month after the event shall remain to property of the organizer. No prizes shall be sent, the have to be collecetd Cash prizes mus be collected in person at the prize giving ceremony, otherwise they shall remain the property of the organizer The prize of honor shall not be combined with each other (relative to Groups and classes), and then you must assign only the top prize. This rule does not apply to awards of the overall classification are therefore combined Prize-giving ceremony It is a point of honor thet all partecipants should attend the prize-giving ceremony The prize-giving cerimont shall take place on SUNDAY 03/08/2014 at RISTORANTE NOGHERAZZA VIA GRESANE CASTION (BL) about 30 MINUTES AFTER THE OPENING OF PARC FERME. 14 SPECIAL PROVISIONS 14.1 The means of communication (Radio links), safety vehicles, the road marshals and the ambulances must stay in position until all competitors have made their way back to the paddocks. At the end of the operations, the Clerk of the Course can give the green flag and the road marshals and the safety means can leave the duties After the arrival, while returning form parking area and/or from parc ferme to paddock, all drivers are obliged to wear safety belts and overall, otherwise a monetary fine shall be applied by the stewards and/or ACI/CSAI. Use of a crash helmet is compulsory for single-seater and double-seater vehicles Moreover, on the way back, it is strictly forbidden to carry someone else on board Outside official practice and race, dangerous driving on the track will be severely punished by the stewards and/or ACI/CSAI.
