INTRODUCTION: With the frmer 2 dcuments (Dcument 1 & 2) I have been pinting ut what appears t me as prblems in the text f the rules, fcusing mainly n Endurance rules in relatin with the GRs and/r the VRs. These 2 dcuments wuld be wrthless withut sme kind f suggestins t help find a better way f rganizing and writing the rules. By ding s, I d nt pretend t give the unequivcal and definitive slutin f curse but nly t pen a different way which culd cast a new light and pssibly lead ne day t an imprvement. A set f rules as the surce f law can nly be rdered, clear, unambiguus and cmprehensive. It must give t understand the general meaning s that in brderline cases inevitably encuntered during actin n cmpetitins, the fficials in charge f its implementatin can use their intelligence and their cmmn sense in rder t keep the spirit yet withut betraying the letter. The rules shuld therefre avid repetitins, cntradictins, enumeratins that pen spaces between the lines because they cannt be exhaustive, the abundance that leads t endless search n a particular item, the multiple and crss abbreviatins in resulting paque and the legislative "diarrhea" in general. Re-writing them in a simpler way appears als a necessity since fr mst f the readers English is nt the mther tngue. I d suggest a rerganizatin f the Endurance rules fllwing the skeletn utlined belw. I think that its rganizatin is clearer and mre practical than the existing text. It intends t "stick" mre t the real grund cnditins ne can experience befre, during and even after cmpetitins, which is suppsed t make it clearer and mre friendly rganized than what the FEI prpses presently. I culd be wrng, f curse, but this attempt culd still be wrth cnsidering in the cntext f a pssible imprvement f the internatinal rules.
