2 Entries must be postmarked by September 11, Closing date has been EXTENDED to Sept 14, 2017! Late entries will have a $10 late fee. This show is managed and presented by the Lake Erie College student chapter of IDA. All proceeds from this show will directly beneft our LEC student dressage riders! Stabling: Bedding not provided shavings available for purchase. Permanent stalls and vinyl temporary stalls with doors (minimum 10 X 10), both under roof. Stallions, horses over 17 hands and entries showing for entire weekend will be given preference for permanent stalls. Please pre-order any shavings needed. Stalls will be available on Friday at noon. ***NEW STABLING POLICY for this show to beneft the student IDA TEAM: There will be a $25 stall cleaning deposit for all stalls. If you have cleaned out/stripped your stall at the end of the show day, you will receive your deposit back in full. Please provide a separate check payable to LEC for stall deposits. Friday Noon through Saturday (stall or tack) $25.00 REQUIRED Stall Cleaning Deposit $25.00 Bedding if ordered on entry (wood shavings, per bag) $ 9.00 Bedding if purchased on grounds $ ***We must know stabling needs by September 11, 2017, with entry forms. Trailer-in: $10 haul in fee each time, per horse Please note the following: ASTM/SEI approved headgear is required for all riders and must be worn while mounted. The show will be run according to USEF rules. Lake Erie College and its employees will not be held responsible for loss or damage to persons, property, or horse.

3 Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking is allowed in any buildings or stables. All dogs must be on a leash which is held by a person. Dogs are not allowed in the Learning Center (owners will be fned $50 if dog is not on a leash) Competition management may fne any individuals including trainers, owners, exhibitors, or their agents up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments Refunds will only be issued with a vet note explaining horse s illness or lameness Ride times will be posted at by September 20, All horses must have a current negative Coggins (within 12 months of the date of show) with the same horse name submitted on the entry form.
