Private marquee bkings can pre-rder alchl fr race days. Yur drink rder will be prvided in eskies in yur marquee fr guests t serve themselves. Included in yur annual membership is entry int every lcal hrse race meeting held at Thabeban Park and access t the Mrgan s Members bar with televisins and premium beer and spirit ptins. Platinum and Gld Member s receive 25% discunt n all private bkings. Simply qute yur membership card number when making a bking t receive the discunt. 8 RACE CLUB BOOKING POLICY Bkings A cmpleted bking frm and 50% depsit is required t cnfirm all bkings. Full payment is required tw weeks befre the event. Tickets can nly be cllected r psted ut nce the bking has been paid in full. Cancellatins All depsits are nn-refundable. In the event f a cancellatin, the Race Club des nt ffer refunds n any private bkings, pre-purchased marquee tickets, r fd and drinks rders. The Race Club takes n respnsibility fr any unused pre-purchased drinks left n the premises at the end f an event. Any leftver drinks can be taken frm the premises after the event, r n request may be cllected frm the venue n the Mnday fllwing the races. The Race Club reserves the right t update the bking plicy at any time. Wet weather In the event f wet weather and the lcal races being cancelled, the race day still ges ahead as a phantm meeting with all facilities still pen including bar, kitchen, bkmakers, and tte. N refunds will be issued fr pre-purchased tickets r bkings; hwever, we will d ur best t accmmdate r mve bkings t anther area such as the clubhuse r cvered terrace.
