4 Motorized Vehicles/Golf Carts Unlicensed drivers are not permitted to operate any motorized vehicles (ATV s, golf carts, etc.) on the show grounds. Schooling will be permitted in the show rings only up to 1 hour prior to start time. No lunging in show or schooling arenas lunging areas will be marked. Stabling, Feed, and Bedding Stall fees are $ and all trainers/owners will be charged for any stalls not cancelled 5 days prior to show. Feed and bedding orders will be taken through the horse show office and must be taken by 1 pm each day. There will not be first bedding in the stalls and all shavings must be purchased from the horse show. No outside shavings or straw allowed. Anyone bringing their own shavings will be subject to a $30 clean out fee. Rules and Regulations Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF and NIHJA rule books will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. All riders must wear USEF approved head gear. Proper attire required for all classes, hunt coats, collared shirts or ratcatcher required for jumpers. Championships will be offered in all divisions and exhibitors must be entered in entire division to be eligible for Championship. The show management reserves the right to cancel any class if there are insufficient entries. In order to ensure proper billing exhibitors must use add/scratch sheets. Illinois Equine Act: Warning under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each participant who engages in an equine activity expressly assumes the risk of engaging in and legal responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of Equine activities.

Protective Headgear All exhibitors are required to wear properly fitting protective headgear when mounted on the show grounds.

Upon notification of a returned check, accounts will be given three (3) days to make full payment, including penalty, which must be paid in certified funds, cashiers check or money order.

All dogs must be restrained at all times while on the show grounds. Unrestrained dogs create a serious safety hazard to exhibitors and their horses.

5 Protective Headgear All exhibitors are required to wear properly fitting protective headgear when mounted on the show grounds. Non-Negotiable Checks Checks returned by the bank for any reason will be assessed a penalty of $50.00 or 10% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater. Over night mail service is advised to avoid notification of the sanctioning organizations for disciplinary action. First time returned checks will be reprocessed automatically Leash Law! All dogs must be restrained at all times while on the show grounds. Unrestrained dogs create a serious safety hazard to exhibitors and their horses. Non -compliance with the leash law will not be tolerated! Loose dogs will be picked up and detained until the owner has paid a fine of $ A second offense may cause the owner to be barred from showing and expelled from the show grounds. If your dog is responsible for disruption in the show ring you may be charged additional fees. Management reserves the right to call animal control if necessary. All owners and exhibitors shall be held responsible for any damage incurred to stalls, buildings, and other property and shall be billed accordingly. Showplace Productions LLC, and Ledges Sporting Horses will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage to any person, animal, property, or equipment, and each exhibitor shall assume all liability for any loss, damage, or injury to any person, animal property, or equipment that may be caused by them or due to carelessness or negligence of any of their subordinates or supervisors. Every entry shall constitute and agreement that the person making it, owner, lessee, trainer, agent, manager, coach, rider and the horse shall be subject to the constitution and the rules and regulations of the Northern Illinois Hunter Jumper Association, Ledges Sporting Horses, and Showplace Productions LLC.

DIRECTIONS Coming from the North on I90- take the Rockton Road Exit and turn left at the top of the ramp. Go to the first street, (approx 3 blocks) which will be Love Rd and turn right.

6 DIRECTIONS Coming from the North on I90- take the Rockton Road Exit and turn left at the top of the ramp. Go to the first street, (approx 3 blocks) which will be Love Rd and turn right. The Ledges Facility is located on Love Road approximately 2 miles on the right hand side. Coming from the South on I90- you will also take the Rockton Road exit and turn right at the top of the ramp. Love Road will be approximately 60 feet away and you will turn right and follow the same directions as above.
