WEDNESDAY, JULY 26, An entry fee of $6.00 will be charged per entry, Stalls $6.00 per head, and Exhibitor fee $8.00. Stall rent, Exhibitor ticket, and entry fee must be paid for when entries are made. Stall rent will be charged for all animals. No refunds. OPEN CLASS GOAT SHOW JUDGED ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 6, 2017 AT 8:00 A.M. 2. An exhibitor will be allowed only two entries in one class. 3. All stock must be on grounds by Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. unless delayed by another fair and delay approved by Secretary s office at both fairs. Goats may leave after the show. 4. Registration papers and tattoos will be inspected by the Superintendents on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in order to be eligible to show. All goats must have legible tattoos or other means of permanent identification consistent with its registration certificate. 5. All goats will be shown regardless of number in class. 6. Wethers will be weighed on Saturday August 5, 2017 between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. in the swine barn. Classes will be determined by weight. 7. All Wethers must have all milk teeth; teeth will be checked at weigh-in by Superintendents. 8. Artificial coloring will be a disqualification as well as illegible tattoos or those that are inconsistent with the goat s registration papers. 9. The A.B.G.A. rules will govern the show. 10. The Fair Association reserves the right to refuse an entry in the event available space is exhausted. 11. Show Order: Showmanship (eligible for Jr. Participant, Wether class, Unregistered Does, Percentage Does, Full- Blood Does and Full blood Buck s. 12. Department U supplement form must be filled out with your entries in order to be entered into the show.
