3 Introduction Beautiful surroundings, fabulous horses, exciting sport, fantastic hospitality and a wonderful sense of camaraderie among the riders all contributed to a hugely successfully event, Eventing Equestriad Australia has all these attributes plus many more. In order to improve and enhance this event, your valued sponsorship is sought. As a sponsor of the Eventing Equestriad Australia competition you can share in the success Australian Equestrian Athletes bring to the people of Australia while enjoying a fabulous day of entertainment. What is Eventing? The Event requires horse and rider to perform Dressage, Cross Country and Showjumping. The dressage is performed under the eye of top class judges. The judges are looking for an obedient and relaxed horse with good movement ridden accurately without apparent effort from the rider. The Cross Country is where the courage, stamina and trust between horse and rider are tested. The horses gallop over every sort of terrain jumping ditches, banks, drops, water hazards and anything that lies in their way. The showjumping phase is to test the horse s suppleness, energy, obedience and ability to jump carefully over obstacles that can be knocked over. Why Eventing Equestriad Australia? We are offering you an opportunity to promote your product to the Australian Equestrian Community and to the general public who will be in attendance. 4 Platinum Package: Event Naming Rights Class Sponsor of CIC*** Cross Country Jump $4,400 incl gst As Naming Rights Sponsor the event would be known as The (insert your company s name) Eventing Equestriad Australia CIC & include sponsorship of the top class the CIC***. (Includes all programs, draws, results sheets, winners rugs and rosettes.) Two Cross Country jumps with naming rights and signage (jump signage to be provided by sponsor) Reserved table in the main arena viewing marquee and picnic lunch hamper for eight people provided by Pheasants Nest Produce. Advertising main arena signage, website, Marquee, Media releases, Press releases during the event, competition scoreboard, on-course announcements. Trade Stand a trade stall area of approximately 4m x 4m in the trade stand area. Gold Package: Official Class Sponsor International CIC 2** - $2200 International CIC 1* - $1100 Sponsorship of one of the above classes (Includes all draws, result sheets, winners prizes and rosettes.) Reserved table in the main arena viewing marquee and picnic lunch hamper for six people (CIC2*) and four people (CIC1*) provided by Pheasants Nest Produce. Advertising main arena signage, website, Marquee, Media releases, Press releases during the event, competition scoreboard, on-course announcements.

5 Silver Package: Official Class Sponsor EvA105 - $880 EvA95 - $660 EvA80 - $550 Your company may choose to sponsor one of the National classes. You will have naming rights of the class you choose to sponsor. Signage: Your Company will be entitled to display signage around the venue. Reserved table in the main arena viewing marquee and picnic lunch hamper for four people (EvA105) and two people (EvA95 & EvA 80) provided by Pheasants Nest Produce. Media Coverage: Recognition of your company s contribution in all media releases applicable to the event. Your company s logo will be displayed on the competition score board. Public Recognition during the course of the event. Company Recognition: Your Company s recognition will be acknowledged in the form of a certificate of appreciation being awarded by the Committee. Bronze Package: Class Sponsor EvA60 - $440 You will have naming rights of the class you choose to sponsor. Signage: Your Company will be entitled to display signage around the venue. Reserved table in the main arena viewing marquee and picnic lunch hamper for two people provided by Pheasants Nest Produce Media Coverage: Recognition of your company s contribution in all media releases applicable to the event. Your company s logo will be displayed on the competition score board. Public Recognition during the course of the event. 6 Jump Package: Cross Country Jump Sponsor - $275 Your company may elect to have naming rights to one or more fences on the Cross Country. This is a powerful advertising medium and should be considered as part of your sponsorship strategy. Signage: Your company signage will be incorporated on the cross country course. All corflute and vinyl signage to be supplied by the sponsor and must be received 2 weeks prior to the event. Your company s logo will be displayed on the competition score board. Public Recognition: during the course of the event. An example of a sponsored cross country fence

7 Trade Area: The Trade area is available for trade stands of either 4x4 in area or 8x4 in area. All marquees are to be hired at the expense of the exhibitor. Power is available in the trade area. All Trade Stand bookings are to be paid via direct deposit (details below) or via before 10/04/2016.
