2 General Information 1. ATA Official Rules will govern all aspects of these shoots not otherwise specified in this Annual Program of registered shoots and tournaments. All participants must be classified by the Classification Committee. Your ATA Average Card must be completed and up-to-date. For the Spring, Fall Festival & Mountain Days Tournaments any shooter who does not have at least 500 singles, 500 doubles, and 500 handicap targets recorded for the current and previous year will shoot in Class B or higher, and/or 2 yards farther back than the yardage shown on his or her ATA card, not to exceed the 25 yard line, at the sole discretion of the Classification Committee. 2. Management reserves the right to reject any entry who, in their sole judgment, would interfere with the harmony of the Shoot, and if necessary, postpone or cancel any portion of the Program due to bad weather or other reasonable cause. 3. Ties in preliminary singles and doubles Events will be carried over to subsequent Events. All other Events will be shot off immediately following the Program(s). Shooters who leave the grounds, and do not answer the call to shoot-off(s), forfeit all rights to the shoot-off(s). Winners and ties move up a class and remain there for the rest of the shoot. Only one (1) trophy will be awarded any one (1) shooter in any one (1) race and/or event. 4. All scores and trophy awards shall be final one-half (½) hour after the completion of each Event. All challenges and/or protests are the responsibility of the shooter and must be registered with Management no less than one-half (½) hour after each Event. Options will be posted as timely as possible following each event. Options are paid the following day. 5. $3.00 (ATA) and $2.00 (TSTA) fees shall be paid by the shooter once daily. All fees are subject to subsequent increases by ATA and/or TSTA. 6. Those wishing to play the purses and options must do so at the time of entry. No additions or cancellations permitted after entry is made. After the Event has started and the first squad has shot its first field, a refund of entry fees, options or purses will be made only when the Event is cancelled by Management. 7. All Ladies, Juniors, Sub-Juniors, Veteran and/or Senior Veteran shooters must declare their Special Category at the time of their entry. 8. Food and Drinks will be available on the grounds. 9. All empty shells on the ground become the property of Hog Heaven Gun Club. 10. For their safety - minor children must be under parental supervision at all times. 11. Pets must be under control and/or leashed at all times. 12. Due to space limitations, no vendor set-ups will be permitted without prior approval of Management. Four (4) Vendor sites are available - Please call for reservations. 13. Gun Safety is most important. Anyone violating gun safety rules will be disqualified from further competition. Promote Gun Safety - Remember - Open or Out. All participants and shoot personnel must wear appropriate eye and hearing protection. 14. Hog Heaven Gun Club shall not be responsible for personal injury or property damage/loss, however caused, during these Tournament(s) and/or Program(s). 15. Squadding & Classification for the Spring, Fall Festival & Mountain Days tournaments will begin one (1) hour before the scheduled Program. Practice Traps will be open all day. All Program Events will start promptly as scheduled. 16. Trophies awarded to Hi-Gun, 5 Classes or 3 or 4 Yardage Groups, Lady, Veteran, Senior Veteran, Junior and Sub-Junior in all Events. There must be two (2) category participants in each event in order to award trophies. Junior and Sub-Junior participants will be combined into one category if there are not at least two (2) participants in each division. 17. Juniors and Sub-Juniors are eligible to shoot all Program targets for $27.00 (per 100) plus applicable daily fees. If Option(s) are played or they choose to shoot for class or yardage trophies, they shall shoot at full Program prices. Hog Heaven Join us! Page 2

CAMPING RESERVATIONS Reservations are preferred for all camping spaces for the Spring, Fall Festival & Mountain Days tournaments.

Spring, Fall Festival & Mountain Days camping spaces with electric, water & sewer (E/W/S) are $125 for the shoot and extra nights are $25.

Please call or email for availability. Prepayments will be refunded ONLY if cancellation notice is received two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled first day of the tournament.

If it s pretty and you want to shoot, please call (Anne Frazier) ADDITIONAL REGISTERED SHOOT DATES Hog Heaven will attempt to schedule additional registered shoot dates. 5 In Memory of Mike Seitz This program and the Spring Shoot are dedicated to the memory of Mike Seitz, whose contributions to the success of Hog Heaven were numerous. Mike had compiled, printed and mailed our program for 10 or more years. That was quite an undertaking and he did it so very well. He was always helping us to make things better. It all started with his participation in the gift of scorer chairs, benches, gun racks, lights and the score board that was all made by Dennis Menning and organized by Doc Woodard. From that time forward, Mike took on the job of the program, and generally helping wherever he saw the need. Hog Heaven Join us! Page 5

The Preliminary FUN DAY will consist of 300 registered targets (100 Singles,, and 50 pair of Doubles). Target fees will be $27 per hundred with a Lewis Class option of $10 paid 60% - 40% for every 5 shooters. A High Gun trophy will be awarded to the winner in each Event. Volunteer Scorers are NEEDED Special Volunteer T-Shirts will be awarded to those assisting on Fun Day and other Event Program Days. Thursday April 19 th Starting Time: 09:30 A.M.
