DOTKA DE LOIRON - Did not get the best of run in the race of reference and with Nivard in charge again can make amends 2. DENTELLA BELLA - Excellent here last winter. Back on top of her game at present and has a leading chance 3. DEESSE DES NOES - Has been struggling with form lately but all shoes come off today and she can be the surprise package 4. DEXTASE MONTAVAL - Consistently productive trotter who should come on from her last race. Front shoes come off 5. DOYALE FOR D'AM - Useful sort under the saddle but at this level of competition appears to have her work cut out

2 6. DONA NINA - Boasts an impressive record of 1'12"5 over course and distance. Returns from a break but is said to be ready 7. DIVA BEAUREGARD - Well-entered regressive profile under harness and has quite a bit to prove at present 8. DOLGA DU POMMEREUX - Has raced respectably this winter but nonthreatening last two times and must show improvement 9. DITHA DJEN - Just one win from 33 but is proven in this division and could yet pick up a cheque 10. DIANA DES LUCAS - Never finishes far from the action and although has a bad draw enters the equation 11. DIVA FERFAY - Has improved significantly since racing unshod and looks capable of grabbing a place 12. DARLING FRANBLEU - Consistently gives everything she has. Finished in front of several of today's rival on 9 January 13. DANAE QUESNOT - Not the most productive of horses. Lost her stride in the early stages last Saturday. Jean-Michel Bazire gets the call 14. DAYLIGHT - Much improved last two runs without hind shoes. Progressive sort and has to be included in calculations 15. DEESSE NOIRE - Kicked the year off to a victorious start at 58/1 but has subsequently failed to confirm that 16. DALABAMA - Moderate sort that can prove a handful and last two efforts leave a lot to be desired 17. DAELIA DE VANDEL - Useful sort on both codes but faces a tough assignment off this draw 18. DEEVA DEVOL - Erratic but capable mare. Is confirmed over course and distance but must improve on recent effort Summary A very promising filly last year (2) DENTELLA BELLA suffered a setback for most of the season but appears to be back on top of her game at present. She won over a longer distance last time but has previously run well over today's trip. (6) DONA NINA is a smart mare but has a three months absence to overcome. (4) DEXTASE MONTAVAL (1) DOTKA DE LOIRON and (14) DAYLIGHT are best of the remainders. Selections

4 Race 2 1. FELLA'S AVENTURE - Not much to fancy on the breeding side. Top-rider in the plate. Watch betting for more clues 2. FIONA DES TOUCHES - Newcomers from this yard tend to need the race. Best to watch unless betting shows otherwise 3. FELINE DE LAVAU - Disqualified at 25/1 on debut here a fortnight ago. Unlikely to pose a threat 4. FILKA DREAM - Disqualified two from two. Top-rider Yoann Lebourgeois in the irons is worth noting 5. FLEUR DE JAL - Not sighted on debut under harness at Cabourg one month ago. Has too much to find 6. FASCINANTE HUB - Much improved last run over this course and distance. Expected to confirm 7. FURIE DE L'ALBA - Improving sort whose last run over course and distance in this code is excellent. Player 8. FIGA DU RIB - Off the mark at Cherbourg on debut race last November. Impressed on this occasion and must be respected 9. FIERTE DE LARRE - Has only shown limited ability thus far and is unlikely to trouble the judge 10. FEERIE DARCHE - Well beaten in the race of reference but has room for improvement and can grab a place 11. FRANCE D'ANAMA - Made promising debut in this discipline at the venue one week ago. Has to be hugely respected Summary (8) FIGA DU RIB was an impressive winner of her debut race at Cherbourg at the end of last year. She has since shaped up nicely in a harness contest and is expected to run a big race on her first attempt at Vincennes. (11) FRANCE D'ANAMA was beaten by a very good filly one week ago and should give a good account once again. (6) FASCINANTE HUB and (7) FURIE DE L'ALBA are two more for the shortlist. 6 Race 3 1. POPEYE DIAMANT - Did very well in Germany but has it all to prove on french soil 2. SNYTING - Hardy Scandinavian trotter that has failed to impress on comeback run last December 3. SHATAR CLUB - Hardy Italian sort that rarely lets the side down when applied. Has a bit to prove in this division though 4. THAIGER EXCLUSIVE - Smart Scandinavian import who is having his first start on french soil. See betting for clues 5. SAY THAT AGAIN - Unlucky in the running in his last two starts. Smart horse and must be given another chance 6. U.S.MALE E.P. - LIghtly-raced scandinavian import who is off since the end of August. Best to watch 7. SUGAR BRED - Pleased on first effort on french soil at Cagnes sur Mer last month. Can surprise 8. BISCUIT - Moderate sort in the provinces but in this company will have his work cut out 9. M.T.JOINVILLE - Scandinavian import who has run well on both french starts. Has to be hugely respected 10. SOGNO D'AMORE - Left a decent impression over course and distance on penultimate start. Is barefoot again and will have his supporters 11. SURICATO JET - Not the most reliable but capable when in the mood. Can play a small role if he can get off on the right foot 12. BIG KAISER - Very useful in the Provinces but has it all to prove at Vincennes 13. BEATBOX - Good last effort in the other code but will need to show progress to feature in a race like this 14. MICHELANGELO AS - Has done nothing of note in three starts on french soil and is unlikely to trouble the judge 15. BOLIDE DU GUET - Has enjoyed a decent run since the break. Franck Nivard is back in commands. Must be respected 16. BACHAR - Made late headway last time in a Quinte over course and distance. Cannot be ruled out of the equation 17. BATTAMBANG - Hardy sort in the amateur division but appears to have his work cut out in a contest like this

7 Summary (5) SAY THAT AGAIN encountered misfortunes in the running in his last two starts and is given the benefit of the doubt. A winner of twelve races from twenty four starts (9) M.T.JOINVILLE appears to have found his mark on french soil and looks another sound winning prospect. 8 Race 4 1. DESTINY JIEL - Complicated filly but has won every ridden race she has finished. Scored with ease on the inner track last November 2. DATCHA GIRL - Well-backed but disappointed last time out over 2700m. Can make amends 3. DIABOLIC QUEEN - Smart mare who has yet to make her mark over course and distance. Player 4. DIVA MESLINOISE - Undeniably talented but prone to stride problems. Can be in the mix if applied 5. DELPHES D'ARIANE - Third here in November and at the start of December but has run poorly on three occasions since then 6. DAME JENILOU - Has demonstrated ability under harness and could be worth a look in on debut under the saddle 7. DUCHESSE DE SARTHE - Ran below par at Nantes last time out but is undeniably talented and must be considered 8. DIDINE DU DIGEON - Course and distance winner. Enduring stride issues at present but can surprise if applied 9. DEESSE DE JULLOU - Boasts a sound record at the venue. On-form and cannot be ruled out 10. DIGITALE - A reliable performer in this class of event and looks once again to have every chance 11. DANIA BEACH - Beaten a long way when fourth at Wolvega. Had previously posted two sound efforts here 12. DES NUITS D'AMOUR - Handy dual-purpose type who was far from disgraced in last start in a Quinte 13. DEVERIA - Has enjoyed a couple of decent runs under harness this winter but has it all to prove under the saddle 14. DEESSE DU RELAIS - Never finishes far from the action but looks held for success. Place prospect 15. DRAGA DU MANS - Easy winner of a class D here last time ahead of five of today's rivals. Can follow up Summary (15) DRAGA DU MANS scored well enough last time out over shorter to suggest she can go to post here too. She has previously won over 2875m under harness and the rise in trip will not be an issue. (1) DESTINY JIEL is possibly the best on

10 Race 5 1. FLEUR CHARENTAISE - Well held on both runs on the outer course and has a bit to prove 2. FLEKKEFJORD - Has made the frame three times from five runs and should be in the mix here 3. FILIA PIERJI - Has not had much success in three starts over course and distance thus far and can be passed over 4. FARIA DU GOUTIER - Improved last run here one week ago but still has plenty to prove over the outer course 5. FLAMME DU GOUTIER - Well beaten fourth of twelve in a class C over track & trip a fortnight ago. Has a few lengths to find 6. FORGARIA - Two good runs at the venue recently and can go off the mark this time round 7. FABULEUSE ADEMA - Off the mark in a claimer on 18 January here. Faces a considerably tougher test today 8. FENOMENA DESBOIS - Improved last two runs at the venue and looks a sound place candidate 9. FANTASIA GIRL - Has demonstrated ability under the saddle but faces a different assignment here. Look elsewhere 10. FLOWER BY MAGALOU - Well beaten in a Group II last time. Takes a big step down in grade and should show a much better figure Summary (6) FORGARIA caught the eye when runner-up over 2100m last time out and is likely to enjoy the extra distance. She is taken to go off the mark today and will lead the charge ahead of (10) FLOWER BY MAGALOU who will obviously find this much easier than in her last start. (2) FLEKKEFJORD is a reliable filly and must have a chance too. Selections (6) FORGARIA - (10) FLOWER BY MAGALOU - (2) FLEKKEFJORD - (8) FENOMENA DESBOIS

11 Race 6 1. EMMY OKINA - Course winner but has lost her stride in three from her last four starts 2. ELLIPSE TURGOT - Has run well on four occasions in this discipline last year and is not out of it for place 3. EMONDEVILLAISE - Lost all her chances at the start in a Group III on 20 January. Had previously bagged three wins in a row in this discipline 4. ELVIRA FLIGNY - Smart filly who goes very well when applied. Should be hugely respected 5. EASY ONE - Not without ability but still a maiden from 23 starts and unlikely to go off the mark here 6. EVITA BELLI - Made promising debut in this discipline one month ago. Expected to confirm 7. ERMINE D'OCCAGNES - A dual winner over course and distance. Well beaten last two times out 8. ESPERANCE DU MONT - Last ween in the winners enclosure over course and distance. Unlucky last two times out. Must be monitored 9. ETERNAL STAR JIEL - Three time winner in this discipline. Has it all to prove at the venue though 10. ELDA DU RIB - Smart filly who won her first four starts in a row. Off since 2 November. Can feature if ready Summary Both (4) ELVIRA FLIGNY and (9) ETERNAL STAR JIEL have already shown plenty of promises in this discipline. They will race barefoot for the first time today and are expected to fight out the finish. (3) EMONDEVILLAISE went off stride in the early stages of her last start and is in for redemption. (10) ELDA DU RIB is a smart filly who is well-entered but may just lack fitness in the last stages of the race. 12 Race 7 1. EARLY MORNING - Ran well in defeat on return to action a fortnight ago. Can go one better 2. EDDY DES MULOTTES - Well-entered in this race. Has ability but needs to reaffirm after last two below-par efforts 3. ESPOIR D'HAUFOR - Best to forget last run. Had previously won over this course and distance. Good draw 4. ESQUIRE - Very consistent sort in this division and over this distance. Is capable of going off the mark 5. ESPOIR ELEVEN - Modest recent form and although not without ability appears to have his work cut out 6. ESPOIR ROSE - Delicate sort that has blown hot and cold under the saddle recently. Needs to reaffirm 7. ESPOIR DU LANGIS - Outclassed rivals over 2850m while racing unshod for the first time on 19 January. Expected to confirm 8. ELLO FOSSAVIE - Capable this distance and tends to run well off the autostart. Can pop-up 9. EDEN DU QUENNE - Has made the frame only once from five under these conditions. Look elsewhere 10. ELIXIR DU RADON - Not the most productive in either disciplines and has considerably more to find 11. EXIL D'ERABLE - Has demonstrated ability in the provinces last year. Off since 21 July and likely to need the race 12. ESTILIANO - Showed early promise but a complete write-off this winter and poses no threat Summary (1) EARLY MORNING gave a solid account last time out while returning from a break. He will be sharper this time round and is capable of wrapping this up. (7) ESPOIR DU LANGIS has shown some serious progress when racing barefoot last time out. The drop in distance is unlikely to be an issue and he should go close here too. Watch for both (3) ESPOIR D'HAUFOR and (4) ESQUIRE. Must be hugely respected on french debut 3. VELINA GIO - Good effort on first run on french soil one week ago. All shoes come off this time 4. ELITE DARLING - Made a big impression when winning over the inner course on 14 February. Has more to offer 5. ELANA SPORT - Has made the frame only once from six attempts left-hand. Not a priority 6. ENERGY VICTORY - Showed better intentions in last start over 2100m. Stamina is questionable though 7. ESTRELLA JYL - A winner of four from eight thus far. Will be tested over this distance 8. ELOA D'OCCAGNES - Got back nicely in the game when runner-up in an identical race over track & trip one month ago. Has to be respected 9. ETOILE DES YEDRAG - Rarely let the side down. Is confirmed over course & distance. Enters the equation 10. EDITH STYLE - Can prove a handful but undeniably capable. Steps down in grade from last start and cannot be overlooked 11. EXQUISA BELLA - Not devoid of ability but has it all to prove over the outer course 12. EOLIA DE HOUELLE - Has been struggling in all three starts this winter and needs to reaffirm at present 13. VANITY LUIS - Posted a sound effort when runner-up on her first run at Vincennes. Jean-Michel Bazire gets the drive this time 14. ERA DE LAVADOUR - In good shape for much of the year last season. Returns from a break and likely to need the race 15. VIRGINIA GRIF - A winner of her last four starts in Italy. Well-entered and can make it five in a row Summary (2) VISTAMAR is a smart performer in Italy and will race unshod on all four for the first time while making her debut on french soil. (15) VIRGINIA GRIF is another raider from Italy who boast a sound record at home. She has been rolling

Sent off favourite when fifth of 11 next time 6. FAYETTE - Runner-up at Cabourg in August. Back on the podium when third of 12 at Chateaubriant on January FALLING IN LOVE - Won second time up on December 4 at Amiens. Fourth of 12 when fancied at the same venue two weeks later 8. ALTO NAY - Both career wins came in Debut for new trainer on first outing since July 5. BORIS DE KARA - Six-time harness winner who can improve on his third ridden outing when sixth to (15) VENUS D'AUNAY at Argentan on November 5 6. VASCO DE MONTMARCE - Third at Lyon-La Soie on January 14. Fifth of 16 at Marseille-Vivaux a week later 7. VENUS GRAND BOIS - Only placing from five outings under the saddle when third at Argentan on December 3 8. ELIXIR DU BOCAGE - Off the mark at Jallais last summer. Runner-up of 14 at Cabourg on January 7 on first run since July 7. ECHO DU LUPIN - Easy winner of a 12-runner contest at this venue on January 8 when sent off favourite. Stable in form 8. ENARA DE TRIOU - Opened account at Guer-Coetquidan in July. (18) ENJOY DU BOURG has been in the placings seven times from 13 outings and can make that eight running barefoot first time. Like the selection (7) ECHO DU LUPIN has won at this course and hails from a yard enjoying a good spell of form.
