2 Entries Entry Deadline - August 1, 2018 Fees Entry Fee: $20.00 per head Showmanship Fee: $5.00 Eligibility Open to All 4-H and FFA Youth - Both In State and Out Of State Open to all youth ages 9-19 in State Supplies Bedding will not be provided by the New Mexico State Fair. Straw may be purchased at the feed store located on the fairgrounds and can be reached at (505) Arrival / Departure Arrival: Thursday, September 13th, 2018; between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Departure: two (2) hours after conclusion of show. Unloading Special parking facilities will be provided for livestock trailers. Immediately after unloading, all trailers must be moved. Location will be announced.

3 Special Rules Breeding 1. See Junior Division General Livestock Rules. 2. Registered animals shown in the Junior Division will be eligible to compete in the open classes. Additional entry of $20.00 must be paid. Animals shown in this department must have been continuously owned or leased by the exhibitor not less than 60 consecutive days prior to the opening day of the Fair. Individual animals shown in all group classes must have been entered and shown in one of the classes for single animals. 3. A copy of registration and lease must be turned in at check-in. 4. No animal can be entered or exhibited unless the same has been recorded in the recognized Book of Records for the respective breeds, and exhibitors must produce certificates of registry at the request of the Superintendent in charge anytime during the Fair. 5. Exhibitors may wear white shirts and blue jeans or dairy colors while in the show ring. 6. Parking Permits and Exhibitors Pass: Please see Schedule of Fees for Junior Livestock.
