2 Show Regulations & Conditions LIABILITY: The Geraldton Combined Equestrian, Organizers and Members accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage injury or illness to any property, animal or person taking part or assisting with or watching this event. NOVICE: A horse/pony rider who has not won (4) first places at official fixtures. JUDGES: The Judge s decision is final in all cases. Judges are not to be approached by any competitor or spectator. DRESS: Riders competing in the encourager lunchtime ring, Pony Club Uniform is acceptable. DOGS: All dogs must be on a leash. Please note: To compete at any GCEC show/fixture competitors must be either an E.W.A., SHC, or GCEC member. All competitors must sign a Member Release & Waiver of Liability and a CODE OF CONDUCT form before they compete There is NO DAY INSURANCE AVAILABLE ENTRY FEES Show jumping: (enter on day) E.W.A. Levy of $2.50 per start or $15.00 maximum per rider for the day will apply. (Nominations include $2.00 ground fee). Max 2 rounds per horse 1.05m & up, Max 3 rounds per horse up to 1.00m. Entry Fee: Members: $10.00 / class/ horse Plus EWA Levy Non Members: $15.00 / class / horse Plus EWA Levy (Non GCEC Members must be EWA members) Dressage: Entries close Tuesday 9th 4pm. If you are leaving your entries at Rogue Pony, PLEASE ensure that you have the correct money in an envelope PRIOR drop off. If intending to jump in the later classes, help pack away the jumping gear (this means staying back to ensure that all jumping gear is packed up and put away) On your nomination form you will be required to tick one of the above, and it will be noted on your attendance.
