1 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. The Pony Club Eventing Rules 2018 will apply. 2. No horse/pony may compete in more than one class. 3. Hard hats PAS or 2011, VG1 all with BSI kite mark. Snell E2001 with official Snell label and number. AS/NZS , 2003, ASTM F a with SEI mark. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES when mounted with chinstraps done up. PC members must wear a hat to the current PC standard and it MUST BE TAGGED 4. Dressage tests must be ridden from memory in classes Closing date for entries 7 th May 2018 Entries only accepted with a cheque or via online entry see Mid Surrey Pony Club website for details 6. Vet or Doctor s certificate will be required before entry money can be refunded. 7. Time available from 10th May Mid Surrey Branch, If you do not have access to website call Event Secretary ( ) between 7pm - 9pm on 10 th May The cross country course may be walked the previous day between 2pm and 4pm. 9. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS allowed on Ebbisham farm at any time. 10. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 11. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 12. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Mid Surrey Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 13 Signature of this form will be deemed approval to utilize any photographs taken at this show to be used on the website or any other promotional material by the Pony Club. 14. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control 5 per competitor will be withheld 15. In Team Classes the best 3 scores will count. 16. The Judge's decision is final. Objections to be lodged with the Secretary in writing within 30 minutes, together with a deposit of Number bibs required.
