Entries are due by Monday Oct 22, the entry form or name of horse & rider, class numbers, phone number, number of stalls & shavings, number of tack stalls, barn affiliation, copy of current coggins & if you will have any early move-ins. Please indicate if you have a horse that will be entering in both the Texas Rose Octoberfest & the NTHJC TRHP Fall Show. Early move in fee is $35 per day per stall. Please make arrangements with TRHP for early move in. In an effort to provide a well organized show we WILL be charging late fees of $5 per class. Class Fees: $20 per class. Derby Fee: $50. Jumper Classic Fees: $30. Stall Fee: $75. Shavings: $10/bag, 3 bag minimum. NTHJC Membership Fee: $40 can be paid at show or online at Fees: Each horse/rider combination will be charged an EMT fee of $5/day. An EMT will be on the grounds during posted schooling & show times. A $5 office & $5 scholarship fee will be charged per entry. An open check fee of $15 will be charged for all accounts not closed at the show. Non-members of NTHJC are charged a $20 fee. NTHJC memberships can be paid at the show or at Adds/Scratches: Once the Show has started, proper notification of any adds or scratches must be made in the show office before the start of the class or classes being scratched or else the class fee may be charged. NTHJC Thoroughbred High Point Hunter & Jumper: Entry is free. TB registered name or tattoo # is required. Entry forms available in Show Office. An entry form must be filled out at each NTHJC Show. High Point Awards to be given at NTHJC Banquet. Coggins: No entry will be accepted without a copy of a negative coggins (EIA) within 1 year, which may be ed with entries or presented to show office upon arrival. Stalls: Stalls will be available noon Friday through Sunday. Stalls are 12 x12 permanent. A $35 grounds fee will be charged for any horse without a stall. No outside shavings allowed. RV Space, Golf Cart Rental, Feed Orders: contact texasrosehorsepark.com or Arenas: 3 arenas are 160 x280, 3 rd arena is 160 x300, all weather sand footing. Schooling: There will be open schooling Friday from 8 am-sunset. Open schooling will be available Sat & Sun mornings from daylight until times stated on schedule. There will be 15 minutes restricted schooling for Limit Riders. No Jumper or Derby schooling. Medal Classes: are open ONLY to NTHJC members. 1 st & 2 nd place winners will qualify for the Medal Finals held at the NTHJC Year End Show. Once a rider wins the class twice they may not enter again until the Finals. Limit Divisions: open to riders who began the show season without having won 5 blue ribbons over fences. After winning 5 blue ribbons over fences the rider may continue to compete in the division for the remainder of the show season. Limit Riders may NOT show in any classes over 2 0 at this show. Cross Entries: horse/rider combination may cross enter only into divisions with fence heights of a 6 difference. Walk/trot Crossrails may only cross enter Limit Beginner 18. Awards: All classes receive a 1 st place cash prize ($10) & 6 ribbons unless otherwise noted. A Champion ribbon & cash prize ($15) & Reserve Champion ribbon will be awarded for each division Attire: Proper show attire is required. Polo Shirts with collars are allowed in Jumper Classes only. No chaps allowed. Helmets: Properly fastened protective headgear must be worn at all times by riders when mounted anywhere on the show grounds. All headgear must meet or exceed ASTM standards, carry SEI tag & be properly fitted & secured by a harness. Dogs: all dogs must be on a leash held in hand or confined. Warning: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, Civil, Practice & Remedies Code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, move or combine classes & do all things necessary in the best interests of the horse show & its operations. This class will be held after the Octoberfest Speed Derby in the Indoor Ring.
