RACE 1: WAKE UP WITH CLIFF AND DOUGIE- RADIO WEST MAIDEN M QUANTATIVE EASING (Andrew Castle) Impeded for clear running from on straightening until approaching the 150m. CORRESPOND (Steven Parnham) Raced wide throughout with cover. Lay inwards and raced greenly in the straight placing its rider at a disadvantage in not being able to ride it out fully. I'M SIRIUS (Joseph Azzopardi) Slow to begin. Impeded for clear running from on straightening until approaching the 150m. NICCATRICE (Lucy Warwick) Threw its head in the air shortly after the start. Raced wide throughout. Rider advised that the gelding over raced and hung outwards throughout. ALPHA CAT (Colin Haddon) Raced greenly throughout. Steadied behind the heels of a tiring runner over the concluding stages. COMMODORO (Kyra Yuill) Lay inwards under pressure over the concluding stages and bumped with another under passing the 50m. NO MORE SECRETS (Danny Miller) Taken outwards from heels of a tiring runner passing the 300m BARTER SYSTEM (Ben Paterson) Slow to begin. Failed to muster early pace and raced greenly thereafter. Due to the racing manner, Trainer Mr B. Pearce was advised that the filly would have to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before racing again. Trainer further advised his intentions to have the filly undergo corrective throat surgery and that it would then be sent for a spell. RACE 2: CAPE TO CAPE WITH LOZ - RADIO WEST 756 MAIDEN M BULL'S EXPRESS (Andrew Castle) Slow to begin and bumped shortly after. Over raced through the early and middle stages. Impeded from on straightening until angling outwards passing the 250m for clear running. SAXZEE LAD (Emma Stent) Raced keenly in the middle stages and improved onto heels and steadied outwards passing the 550m. Steadied from heels passing the 200m. PIGEON POST (Patrick Carbery) Raced wide throughout. Steadied from heels and taken inwards at the 250m. TIME TRAVELLER (Fiona Bell) Slow to begin and bumped shortly after. Raced keenly through the middle stages. TRADE MY PAGO (Peter Knuckey) Raced keenly through the early and middle stages.

2 Bunbury: /2 Race 2 continued DARK DECEPTION (Lucy Warwick) -Rider advised that the mare felt uncomfortable in its action throughout. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the near fore. Trainer Mr T. Kiddie was advised that the mare would require a Veterinary certificate of soundness before racing or trailing again EYE ON THE PRIZE (Shaun O'Donnell (Jnr)) Rider advised that the mare lay outwards throughout. General: Stewards inquired into the reason for PIGEON POST (Patrick Carbery) having to be steadied passing the 250m. It was established that BULL'S EXPRESS (Andrew Castle) was taken outwards to obtain clear running when insufficiently clear of PIGEON POST resulting in this incident. Apprentice A Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR 137(a) and subsequently had his permit to ride in races suspended for a period of 14 days to commence at midnight on Friday, 12 December and to expire at midnight on Friday, 26 December When assessing the penalty, Stewards took into account Apprentice Castle s recent poor riding record, his plea of guilty and the level of interference. Due to his recent poor record in relation to careless riding, Apprentice Castle appeared before the Riding Skills Panel on Wednesday, 3 December 2014 and he was placed on notice at this time that any further breaches under this rule in the near future would result in him being stood down from riding in races immediately and that he would be required to complete a number of satisfactory trial rides before consideration would be given to him resuming riding in races. Consequently, the suspension was ordered to take immediate effect from the conclusion of this race meeting and he was relieved of his riding engagements at Esperance on Saturday, 13 December and Pinjarra on Sunday, 14 December RACE 3: RURAL FOCUS - RADIO WEST MAIDEN M GALAXY SON (William Pike) Carried inwards and held tight by another runner and bumped approaching the 1100m. ICEBURG (Kyra Yuill) Raced wide throughout. LEEROY FREELINE (Craig Staples) Bumped and lost ground passing the 1100m. VANDER HAAR (Alan Kennedy) Raced wide from the 600m. MY AVA (Jerry Noske) Raced keenly getting its head in the air approaching the 1000m and shifted inwards despite the riders effort and continued to race ungenerously for a short distance thereafter. LUCKY GRAND (Ryan Hill) Slow to begin. NARROW MINDED (Jarrad Noske) Slow to begin. Impeded for clear running from the 250m until angling outwards at the 150m. General: Stewards inquired into the reasons for GALAXY SON (William Pike) being carried inwards, held tight and bumped and FREELINE (Craig Staples) being bumped and losing ground passing the 1100m. It was established that MY AVA (Jerry Noske) when racing greenly shifted inwards with the filly getting its head in the air despite the efforts of its rider. Stewards when assessing this incident took account the racing manner of MY AVA however advised Apprentice Noske to afford runners more room to prevent interference or further action may be taken. RACE 4: DEAD SET LEGENDS - RADIO WEST MAIDEN M CLAPPA THUNDER (Randy Tan) Raced wide from the 600m. Lay outwards throughout. LET'S GET SERIOUS (Steven Parnham) - Lay outwards in the straight. ROSS RULES (Kyra Yuill) Bounded on jumping. Raced keenly through the early and middle and was steadied from heels on several occasions passing the 800m.

RACE 5: SOUTHERN CROSS AUSTEREO MAIDEN M CHARLIE'S MY NAME (William Pike) Raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages. ROSIR (Ben Paterson) Raced wide from the 600m. THUMBS UP HARRY (Clinton Porter) - Slow into stride. Threw its head in the air on several occasions in the early and middle stages. RECIPE FOR CASH (Ryan Hill) Held up for clear running from the 500m to the 200m. MISS ROBERTA (Jason Whiting) Lay inwards in the straight. BAL AMOUR (Peter Hall) Impeded for clear running and buffeted passing the 350m. ROMAN DAME (Joseph Azzopardi) -Commenced awkwardly. SUNSCREEN (Lucy Warwick) Commenced awkwardly. Raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages. Raced in restricted room passing the 250m. STRIKE DRONE (Alan Kennedy) - Held up for clear running behind a tiring runner from on straightening until near the 250m. RACE 6: WORKDAYS WITH PAUL - RADIO WEST HANDICAP M AMARNA (Natasha Faithfull) Raced wide when improving its position passing the wining post on the first occasion until obtaining the lead passing the 1600m. Rider advised the gelding hung outwards throughout running. SUCCESS STORY (Lucy Warwick) Bumped inwards and impeded approaching the 250m. TONED (William Pike) Impeded for clear running passing the 500m and when approaching the 400m improved onto heels and steadied and was then unable to obtain a clear run until angled outwards passing the 200m. MANTANGO (Andrew Castle) Raced wide form the 400m. MASTER ROBSON (Ben Paterson) Raced wide through the early and middle stages. INDIGO SUN (Kyra Yuill) Commenced awkwardly. Raced keenly through the early and middle stages. Impeded for clear running from on straightening until passing the 200m. DEVOTTO (Ryan Hill) Raced wide from the 1000m. TILLY'S TOUCH (Ben Kennedy) Shifted inwards and bumped approaching the 250m. WHEN IN ROAN (Alan Kennedy) Held up for clear running from on straightening until passing the 200m. RACE 7: RADIO WEST - EVERYTHING SOUTH WEST HANDICAP M AL FAISAL (Andrew Castle) Commenced awkwardly and shifted outwards. Raced keenly through the early and middle stages. Raced wide throughout. RAUCOUS LAUGHTER (Colin Haddon) After being loaded into its barrier became fractious with the gelding rearing and was subsequently unloaded from its barrier and after undergoing a Veterinary examination was passed fit to start. CANDOUR (Jason Whiting) Steadied outwards when improving onto heels passing the 400m. JACK THE SPARROW (Lucy Warwick) - Raced wide on straightening. PALACE CAT (Jerry Noske) Lay outwards in the straight. ROC'N'DOC (Ben Kennedy) Buffeted between runners over the concluding stages. ELYSSA GRACE (Mandy Richmond) Held up for clear running passing 200m. Bumped between runners over the concluding stages.

RACE 8: THE ONE PERCENTERS HANDICAP M LEGAL ADVICE (NZ) (Jason Whiting) Crowded and bumped approaching the 150m. NOZOMI'S LOVER (Fiona Bell) Raced wide throughout. PADDY'S FLAT (Andrew Castle) Blocked for clear running in the straight. DON'TGETCAUGHT (Alan Kennedy) Raced wide from the 600m. Lay inwards passing the 150m and bumped. MEDIA MAK (Shaun O'Donnell) Bumped inwards over the concluding stages. A post race Veterinarian examination revealed the gelding to slow to recover. Trainer Mrs J. Clements will be contacted regarding its performance and future intentions. WANDERLUST (Jarrad Noske) Slow to begin. HUDSON RIVER (Peter Hall) Slow into stride. MR BALFIRE (Steven Parnham) Slow to begin. Raced keenly through the early middle stages. CLOBBERETTA (William Pike) Held up for clear running from on straightening and when approaching the 200m was again disappointed for a clear run and when being angled inwards attempted a marginal run and in doing so restrained and bumped and was further impeded thereafter. CHANCERY (Ellie Cockram) Over raced in the early middle stages and steadied when crowded racing onto the course proper approaching the 1100m. Crowded and tightened passing the 150m and was eased in consequence. HELETEX (Shaun Meeres) Threw it head on jumping and lost ground. GENERAL Routine specimens were taken from all winners.
