GROOMING TIP OF THE MONTH Use a silicone highlighter or baby oil to enhance the muzzle, around the eyes and inside the ears of your horse. Apply to a cotton ball or cotton square and gently wipe onto the horse. Use a clean cloth to blot up excess oil or highlighter.

4 Secretary Report As I m sure you are all aware, ARAC held our first show for the season, the 3 Day All Breed Spectacular, on the long weekend in October. Wow, what a busy long weekend for ALL those attending, the competitors & the volunteers offering their precious time to help out over the 3 days! I must say a very big THANK YOU to all our Sponsors, Terry for a fantastic BBQ, Mandy for a great job in the Canteen, Ring Stewards, Julie & Sharon, Gate Steward, Brian, our new show steward, Jo who managed extremely well, Marcel for showing Jo the ropes Saturday morning, Brendalea for all her help leading up to the show & after, Tina & David for all the beautiful photos taken on the day (some included in the newsletter, ALL on the website), Graeme for donating his time to judge the dressage and to EVERYONE else who helped out over the weekend (you know who you are), it was so nice to have so much support from you all. It was a great 3 days with some great prizes up for grabs including garlands, rugs, vouchers and prize money. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to those who attended, we hope you had a great weekend, don t forget to check our website for photo s.
