2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Admission to Show 5 includes children under 16 Free Horse & Pony Entries: Online and Postal Entries close Sunday 22nd July Entries can also be made on the field but will incur and extra charge of 4. Postal entries to Kilmacanogue Horse Show, Horse & Pony Entries, 112 Newcourt Road, Bray Co Wicklow Enquires to or Sheep Entries and enquires: Assumpta Maguire Dog Show, Photography, entries can only be made on the Field. Postal Entry fees must accompany entry forms. Incomplete entry forms will be returned. No refund of entry fees after the closing date of the Sunday 22nd July The Society shall reserve the right to decline or return any entry without incurring any liability. In the event of the Society being unable to accept an entry, notice will be given within seven days after the closing date and entry fees will then be refunded. Where there are 3 entries in a class 1 st place prize money only will be given, for 3-5 entries in a class 1 st and 2 nd prize money will be given. For 6 or more entries 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place prize money will be given. Rosettes will be awarded down to 6 th place. The Committee reserves the right to abandon or postpone the show or cancel/alter any class. People exhibiting are doing so at their own risk. While every reasonable precaution will be taken, the Organising Committee of the Show cannot accept responsibility for any loss or accident to exhibits or exhibitor while in the Show Grounds. The Irish Show Association and the Kilmacanogue & District Horse Show recommend that exhibitors should extend their insurance policy to include showing. Exhibitors must comply with all Department of Agriculture regulations. Equine Premises numbers must be included on Entry Form. The onus is on the exhibitor/competitor to be at his/her class before judging commences, To comply with Health and Safety regulations, competitors, exhibitors, trade stands and visitors must adhere to any safety instructions issued by stewards. The Judges decision is final. Perpetual Cups and Trophies must be returned in good condition to the secretary before the next Show Day.

3 CHILDREN S PONY CLASSES START TIME 10 AM AND ALL CLASSES WILL FOLLOW IN ORDER AS PER BELOW Entry Fees: Online & postal entries 11 per class & 15 field entries The following classes are open to children up to the age of 16. See each class for age details. Each child entering must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. In the event of an enquiry proof of age may be required. RED RING Start time am Class No 1A FIRST RIDDEN Riding class for children under 10 years. Children will be asked to walk and trot individually. Class No 2 LEAD REIN for Children aged 6-8 years Class No 3 LEAD REIN for children aged 3-5 years. Class No 4A FANCY DRESS for pony and rider, rider up to aged 8 Riding hats must be worn. Class No 4B FANCY DRESS for pony and rider, rider aged 9 and over Riding hats must be worn. Overall winner will be presented with the Muriel Williams Cup Class No 5A RIDING CLASS for riders aged years. Class No 5B RIDING CLASS for riders aged years. Class No 6A PAIRS RIDING CLASS open to riders of any age. Pairs will be asked to do a small individual show, cantering is optional. Class No 6B PAIRS RIDING CLASS open to riders of any age. Class No 7A STYLE & APPEARANCE for riders aged 8-11 years Class No 7B STYLE & APPEARANCE for riders aged 8-11 years Class No 8A STYLE & APPERANCE for riders aged years Class No 8B STYLE & APPERANCE for riders aged years Riders will be judged on turn out and suitability of pony/rider and on how much effort the rider puts into the preparation of their pony it is not always the most immaculate pony that wins. Class 25 Ridden Connemara Ponies Mare Gelding Or stallion 4 years and over Class 26 PLEASURE HORSE This class is a ridden class and is for the leisure rider and is confined to riders that have attained their 17th Birthday on the 1st January Class will be split if necessary, Best turned out will be presented with the Robert Masterson Memorial Trophy. Class 27 Kerry Bog pony Qualifier All Ireland Kerry bog pony mare championship Prize Fund 1500 Breeders prizes at National Final Prize money for all qualifying mares competing in National Final. Rules and conditions, entries to be Class 1 or 2 within Kerry Bog Pony Studbook. 2 year old and up wards. To be shown in hand, Two mares in each qualifying class may be selected to compete in the Final, provided the Judges agree that the standard is high enough. Passports must be available for inspection at qualifiers and final Mares already qualified for final not eligible to enter further qualifiers. Mares qualified for final are not eligible to enter any other class at the show at which the final is held. One or two pairs may be entered. Winner will receive the Roundwood Cup and a special Rosette.
