Copies of the tests are available for download at 15 WDAA Western Dressage Seat Equitation Test of Choice - Youth & Adult Amateur only 16 WDAA Gaited Western Dressage Test of Choice - Into & Basic 17 WDAA Gaited Western Dressage Test of Choice - Level 1,2,3 This is a Flat Fee of $90 for competitors who are only showing in the Saturday Schooling show. Saturday only competitors, please add a stall fee or grounds fee. The Flat Fee includes 2 classes, office fee, and all of the Saturday Symposiums and Demonstrations. Additional classes may be added at $30 each if time allows. General Rules Fees are listed on the Saturday Schooling Show entry form page (Next page). ENTRIES: All entries must be postmarked by October 28th. Correct fees in full and a copy of a current Coggins Report (within 1 year) must accompany each entry form. Non-competing horses must complete an entry & pay a $65 schooling fee (weekend) plus stall fee or trailer -in fee. Class changes approved by management: $10. Late Entries: All entries must be postmarked on or before the closing date. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of management and will incur a late fee of $25. AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded first to sixth place. RIDE TIMES: Tentative ride times will be available online at by Thursday evening, November 9 th. All ride times, including the pre-printed show program, are to be considered tentative until noon the day before the show day. Please check your ride times outside the office on the results board, for up-to-date times. If you don t have online availability you may call the Show Secretary at after November 9 th. Show office will be open at Noon on Friday, November 10 th. MANAGEMENT: Show management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally and/or cancel awards of prizes without claims for damages & change order of classes, cancel,split or combine classes at its discretion if entries deem necessary. STABLING FEES: Stalls and tack stalls will be assigned on a first come first serve basis by entry receipt. If requested stall area is filled, competitors will be assigned to other stall areas. High quality permanent (12x12) & very nice expo stalls (10x10)with doors & rubber matting. Expo stalls Fri-Sun -$90. Limited 12 x 12 stalls-$125. Initial bedding (2 bags) is included. Additional bedding is available on the grounds at $8 per bag. Additional nights $30. Please let us know on your entry if you want to be in a particular barn or if you want to be near someone. A grounds fee of $25 per horse per day for non-stabled horses (ship-in fee). All horses must wear assigned show number when in hand or being ridden on the show grounds.

5 RIDE-A-TEST CLINIC WITH Stephanie Mosley L I am increasingly focused on the rider s effective utilization of the body to exert a positive influence on the horse s way of going, this creates harmony between horse and rider. USDF L Graduate with Distinction, USDF Bronze Medalist (Working toward WDAA judge certification) Teaching for over 30 years, for more information go to theempoweredrider.com Experience the teaching and judging of Western Dressage. Stephanie s "eye" for balance and teaching style help the horse and rider to make improvements needed for correct work. Ride-A-Tests are one of Stephanie s favorite things to teach. Mechanics usually comes into play as well as specific test riding instruction. Stephanie can help pinpoint the biggest problem area, and give advice on how to gain points in the show arena. NO REFUNDS after the closing date (GR exception act of God in which classes are canceled only those class fees will be refunded). Refunds before closing date will be issued for amount paid minus the $25 office fee. Returned Checks will incur a $50 return fee, if not rectified within 10 days the matter will be turned over to USEF for disciplinary action. AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded first to sixth place. First place winners in classes of 3 or more will receive an award. No awards will be mailed unless arrangements are made through the Secretary. LEVEL CHAMPIONS will be the highest combined average of two (2) tests at that level, one must be Test 4. FREESTYLES: Riders please submit music to the announcer s booth the morning of your ride. One outdoor ring with clay/sand mixture. Grass arenas may be added for warm-up if necessary. All rings will be maintained at an optimum. DIRECTIONS: Finding the Grand Oaks the first time may be challenging, but soon you will realize how easy it is to find. From I-75: Take the Belleview/Dunnellon exit #341 head east on CR 484. Continue on 484 for about 8 miles. Take a right onto S Hwy 441/Hwy 27. Continue on 441 for 4 miles. Turn left onto SE 165th St/County Hwy-42. Continue for 3.8 miles. Turn right onto CR 25 go 3 miles to Griffin Road. Turn left go 1.5 miles to Grand Oaks on the left. From Orlando area: Take Florida Turnpike (tolls) North towards Ocala. Take the US-27/FL-19 exit, EXIT 285, toward Leesburg for 21.8 miles. Turn left onto Teague Trail. Teague Trail becomes County Road 25 go approx. 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Griffin Road go 1.5 miles to Grand Oaks on the left.. From Jacksonville area: Take I-10 West to the US-301 exit, EXIT 343, toward Starke/Baldwin. Head south for 91.5miles. Stay straight to go onto SE Abshier Blvd/US-27 S/US-441 S/FL-25. Continue to follow US-27 S/US-441 S/FL-25 for 6.5miles. Turn left onto SE 165th St/County Hwy-42. Continue to follow County Hwy-42 for 3.8 miles. Turn right onto S Highway 25/ US-27A S/US-441A S/County Hwy-25. Continue to follow US-27A S/US-441A S for 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Griffin Rd. Go 1.5 miles to Grand Oaks on the left. RV HOOK-UPS: 45 Full Service RV hook-ups, 30 & 50 amp service. Pull thru spots are also available. The Grand Oaks Bistro is located on the grounds and open during normal show hours. They have wonderful homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, paninis and decadent desserts. In the morning, there is also a breakfast cart with fresh coffee and pastries that drives around the show grounds. The Player s Lounge, located behind the Bistro, is a full service lounge with a nice selection of wine and spirits. Full service spa and salon is on site also. We always pamper our horses, now pamper yourself! Nails, hair, facials, and massages for those riding muscles. Contact the spa for an appointment at (352) DOGS: Dogs are welcomed but must be on a 6 leash at all times! No expandable leashes. Any loose dogs will result in owner being charged $50 that will be donated to the local Humane Society. Any dog becoming a nuisance will be asked to leave the grounds.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH GR130.7: Minors who do not have a valid driver s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver s license. The parents(s), legal guardian(s), or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties,may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above
