Try a new challenge with a Pony lub Dressage Test! losing date for all entries: Tuesday 30 May midnight Enter teams and individuals online at uk_horse_events_british_equestrian/36947/open+team+dressage +ompetition_vogrie+ountry+park lasses aiming to commence from 11:00am, dressage times will be available from the same link above on Thursday 1 June, and online at our website. Teams Teams to be made up of 3 or 4 riders entering any combination of classes but no more than two members in any one class, best 3 scores to count. All team riders will automatically count for an individual placings in their class providing they are eligible. Why not warm up with a coach by entering class 1, maximise your chances by having your skills brushed up. Rosettes: Team oodie Bags for 1st place winners! 2 OPEN and INTER-BRANH TEAM & INDIVIDUAL DRESSAE OMPETITION Please Note 1 Start fee per horse to be paid when collecting numbers from the Secretary s Tent 1 ar Parking fee will be required to exit carpark don't forget to bring a coin. Times will be available to download on our website and on the booking system on Thursday 1 June. Same rider/pony combination may take part in one team only Pony/horses may be ridden once only in each class. The competition will be judged under current Pony lub rules. Should there be any conflict of rules, BD rules will apply. All hats must have an official Pony lub or Riding lub tag if required bring the hat to the Secretary s Tent Tack Inspection: please go as a team (or an individual) for a tack and safety check before warming-up for the competition. ommanders will be permitted in all classes No refund of entry fees will be given after the closing date. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes or refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation due to weather, refunds will be made less 3.00 per entry to cover administration costs. All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over. All non Pony lub riders must have their own insurance up to a minimum of third party liability. Sandwiches, baking, teas and coffees will be available on the field to purchase. No dogs allowed except on short leads, please clean up after your dog. Please remove all horse dung from the car park area before you depart. In the event of weather causing any issue with ground conditions a message will be posted up on our website early in the morning, and your D or Team Manager will be notified of any cancellation. Teams of three or four riders will ride as individuals across the four test levels (any combination) and the best three scores count towards an overall team total, highest percentage wins the day. 3 ONDITIONS The test will be conducted and judged in accordance with The Pony lub Dressage Rules. To be ridden in a snaffle or double bridle (for definition see Dressage Rules ) and with both hands except where otherwise stated. All transitions from one pace to another may be progressive, except where otherwise stated. The test may not be commanded at Area ompetitions or at the hampionships. Penalties for errors over the course 1st Error... 2 marks 2nd Error... 4 marks 3rd Error... 8 marks 4th Error... Elimination The use of the voice is prohibited and will be penalised by the loss of two marks from those that would have been awarded for the movement in which this occurred. A competitor whose hat comes off or chinstrap comes undone whilst riding in the competition must, on penalty of elimination replace it or do it up before continuing. He may dismount without penalty to recover the hat or have it passed up from the ground, or he may stop without penalty to do up the chinstrap.
