1 ANQP 2018 National Online Show Class Schedules DOUBLE POINTS For ANQP Members Participating in our Awards Program. Points will count towards the 2018/2019 Awards period and you must be nominated for the program in the 18/19 term to be eligible for points submission. Entry Submissions Your entries may be submitted via the online portal or you may post a usb stick with the relevant files. The entry form is available through the submit entry portal for your division and is completed electronically and then printed or saved to pdf for submission. Your File Submissions must be named in the following way to ensure they are received successfully. Entry Form (please save your completed entry form in the following way for submission) {your surname}_{ddmmyy} eg. smithson_ Class Submission (one file per class - re enter the file for additional classes) {your surname}_{class number} eg. smithson_401 Your correctly named files may then be submitted through the online show entry portal by drag and drop or opening a window and selecting the files. Once transferred click the submit button to finalize your submission. Upon receipt of your submission, you will be ed a PayPal invoice for payment of your entry fees by PayPal or Card. If you wish to use an EFT bank transfer instead. Please make payment to the bank details provided on the society Work Order form and send proof of payment by return . Divisions for Entry ANQP Quarter Pony Division ANQP Approved Pony Division ANQP Registered Pony Specials (Quarter Pony and Approved Pony) ANQP Financial Members with Registered Quarter Ponies or Approved Ponies may enter the ANQP Divisions. All Breeds Open Special Division Horses and Ponies registered with another Breed Association may enter the All Breed Open Special Division. Unregistered Horses and Ponies may also enter the All Breed Open Special Division. Breed Class Sponsorship The ANQP is happy to Host Breed Specific classes for any Association wanting to sponsor a breed division. Class schedule will be set up in consultation with the Association and they are able to advertise and link to the online show division directly. Results announcement and prizes/awards are negotiable. Please get in touch if your Association would like us to host an Online Show division for their breed.

6 Online Show Rules Once we have received your entry the ANQP reserve the right to display your image or footage in any section of the website or our online social media platforms. All class entry prices are as stated on the relevant Schedule. Any refunds paid are less any associated PayPal fees Payment must be made before your entries will be approved for judging. Unpaid entries will not appear in the listings for judging. The conditions and requirements for each division and class will be displayed on the relevant schedule. No Horse and Rider combination may compete in the same class more than once. A Rider/Handler may compete in the same class with multiple horses/ponies with a separate entry for each pairing. A Pony/Horse may be reentered in ridden or handler classes only with a different rider/handler. Each rider/handler will be awarded points for their class but the pony/horse will only be awarded points for their highest placing entry in that class. Leadline class entries must be genuine Leadline riders and adhere to the age restriction of that class as stipulated on the relevant class schedule. The rider may not enter any unassisted ridden classes if they enter Leadline. You must have the permission of the Horse's owner, if the horse does not belong to you (ownership or lease), before entering the class. You must have permission to use the photo/footage that you are entering. By entering our show/competition, you are signifying that you DO have permission to use the photo. Any photographers who dispute the image ownership, please contact the entrant to resolve the issue. We will remove photos and footage by request of the entrant only. Entry will be suspended if the subject matter is under dispute. Judges may not enter a class that they are judging. Results will be posted on the website within a week of the conclusion of judging. Entrants will be contacted directly regarding the results of their entries. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of your ribbons, certificates, sashes and any prizes awarded after the conclusion of judging. Inappropriate entries will be deleted. Infringement of rules may result in removal from the competition or a ban. If your Breed Society deems the show valid for Hi-Points awards you will be required to submit the relevant paperwork to the society. ANQP members participating in the Awards Program may submit their results with a completed form upon conclusion of judging. Double Points will be automatically calculated upon submission.
