3 Class Divisions/Sections Friesian Section Horses shown in this division must have been issued a membership certificate from International Friesian Show Horse Association (IFSHA) confirming verification of Friesian heritage and identity with IFSHA or have an application applied for IFGSHA recognition at the competition. Horse owners/lessees competing in Purebred & Part-Bred Friesian USEF licensed competitions must be member in good standing with the International Friesian Show Horse Association. See FR101.B in the USEF Rule Book for clarification. In order to compete, horse owners/lessees must provide a copy of their IFSHA membership card and a copy of the horse s IFSHA membership certificate with entry form at the time of making entry prior to the competition, presenting to the competition office at the time of entry or by applying for their membership card and horse membership certificate at the competition but before the competition number will be released. Open Part Friesian English Show Hack Andalusian/Lusitano Section This horse show is conducted in accordance with the USEF and the rules of the International Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association, and is open to both purebred and half-bred horses. Each participant in this horse show is responsible for knowledge of and is subject to the rules of both the IALHA and the USEF. The rules of the USEF take precedence over the rules of any other association. The IALHA show rules shall prevail, if not covered by USEF rules. All horses entered must be registered with or applied for registration with IALHA. Weanlings, yearlings and imported horses are eligible if both sire and dam are registered with IALHA or application has been made to register them with IALHA and a copy of the registration papers is on file with the show secretary. Copies of registration papers must be mailed with entries. Back numbers will not be issued to exhibitors until all papers have been checked. Copies of USEF and IALHA membership cards, including amateur status, must be sent with entries or a non-member fee must be included with entry fee payment. 7 Opportunity Classes Opportunity classes are open to all breeds. They do not count towards Horse of the Year Awards. Animals entered only in these classes are exempt from the Federation fee, including the Equine Drugs and Medication fee. They are not required to have a Horse ID or Recording Number but are required to list the number if they have one. Riders/drivers/handlers entered only in these classes are exempt from the Federation membership requirements and are not required to pay a Show Pass fee but are required to list the Federation membership number if the participant is a member. Horses and riders/drivers/handlers can cross enter into the rated classes at the show; all applicable fees and membership requirements will apply. Opportunity Hunter Classes See Section GR821 of the USEF Rule Book for clarifications. These classes are for entry level riders. The fences will not be over 2 6. Any rider that has shown in a Zone pointed division, (such as children s hunter division) is not eligible. Any rider that has shown in a regular division (such as regular ponies) is not eligible. All rules and regulations in section GR821 will be followed except GR821.7 (no crossing over into rated hunter divisions). Opportunity Hunter Classes 2 To be shown over a course of a minimum of six fences with eight jumping efforts required. Judged 100% on performance. Must complete an over fences class to enter the under saddle class. The under saddle class will show both ways of the ring at a walk, trot and canter Open Opportunity Handy Hunter Junior Rider 302. Open Opportunity Hunter Under Saddle Junior Rider Opportunity Hunter Classes 18 Cross Rails To be shown over a course set at 18 with a minimum of four fences with eight jumping efforts required. May either trot or canter the entire course. To be judged 100% on performance. Must complete an over fences class to enter the under saddle class. Open Opportunity Hunter Under Saddle Junior Rider Opportunity Hunter Classes Poles To be ridden once around a course of four poles on the ground entirely at a walk or entirely at a trot. Poles are to be placed at a minimum of four feet off the rail, two on each side of the

8 ring, simulating a hunter course. May be ridden at either a walk or trot. Must enter an over poles class to enter the under saddle class. Open Opportunity Hunter Under Saddle Junior Rider Opportunity Children s Fun Classes Classes are open to junior children leading a pony or horse. These are fun classes for children who are not ready to ride in a trail course. The children will lead their pony/horse over/through simple obstacles. Safety to be emphasized. Open Opportunity In-Hand Pet Pony/Horse Obstacle Junior Open Opportunity In-Hand Pet Pony/Horse Obstacle Junior Opportunity All Breed Working Equitation Schooling Show Working Equitation is a discipline based upon the tradition of field work on ranches. It highlights the clear partnership between horse and rider, with an emphasis on athleticism, collection, and versatility. The three phases will run for two days, with the dressage phase (consisting of a 20 x 40 m arena) on Friday, November 20. The ease of handling (obstacles for precision) and Speed (Obstacles for Speed) phases will be on Saturday, November 21. The classes are open to all breeds, and many options are acceptable for tack and attire. See WEIAUSA rules for further clarification on tack and attire. Cost is $180 for each of the following four classes. Each class consists of all three phases of the Working Equitation guidelines. Schooling shows are intended to be low pressure opportunities for new riders or riders with horses just beginning their Working Equitation career to learn more about the sport and hone their skills. Turn left on State Highway 110 and follow the signs Maps and other information on web site: Rules and Regulations EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULE BOOK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH. It is the rider s responsibility to review and be familiar with the contents of the Competition s Rules, Policies & Procedures. In the event of an inquiry, the USEF rules will prevail. All questions not covered in these rules and regulations shall be decided by the show management whose decision shall be final. Horse show management reserves the privilege of substituting or changing judges and/or officials if it becomes necessary. The judges decisions in the show ring are their own responsibility and horse show management accepts no responsibility for these decisions. Every horse entered for competition will comply with the rules of the horse show management, but management will, in no case, be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur, and it shall be condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold this horse show and the officials and employees of the show blameless for any loss or accident to his horse, employees, equipment, which may occur from sickness, fire or otherwise.

10 The management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualify any riders or exhibitors, prohibit entries and cancel award prizes without claims for damages; to cancel or combine unfilled classes, or to reschedule classes after due notice to exhibitors; to change rings or rotate judges. Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judges or officials, on the part of the owner, manager, rider, or groom shall disqualify the horse, and the owner shall forfeit his entry fee and other fees. Show management reserves to itself the power to prohibit any person from attending or showing a horse in the ring and to remove any groom or horse from the show without being liable for compensation. In accordance with the 1989 Federal Waste Tracking Act, which restricts the disposal of medical waste, biohazardous medical waste containers will be provided in the stable area. All exhibitors and their agents are responsible for the proper disposal of this waste. No person will be allowed in the show ring during the time of judging except the exhibitor and those having official or requested duties to perform. It is the tradition of the show that riders be correctly attired for the class in question, that attendants be neatly dressed and the horses properly presented. Management may in its discretion bar any person from entering the ring if not suitable presented to appear before an audience. Minors who do not have a valid driver s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver s license. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), legal guardian(s), or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Chapter 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. Every Class offered herein, which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF Rule Book, will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith, and in compliance with the respective breed rules. Adult Exhibitors An individual that has reached their 18th birthday as of December 1st of the current competition year. Attire Riders must be properly attired. Protective head gear must be worn. Numbers must be worn and clearly visible. Chaps are required in Stock Seat Equitation and Western Pleasure. Riders without chaps can be penalized but not disqualified. Concession The facility offers a concession stand and rest rooms with a shower. Entry deadline is August 8, 2016

11 Description of Courses Hunter fences shall generally simulate obstacles found in the hunting field such as natural post and rails, white gates and the like. Judged on performance and soundness. Arena Dimensions and Footing Big Dog Arena is 160 x 300, Tiger Creek is 160 x 280, Martin Arena 125 x 225 with all weather footing in both the competition arena and the Cole s warm-up arena. Dogs All dogs must be kept on a leash, or remain confined in a stall. LOOSE DOGS WILL BE IMPOUNDED. Impounded dogs will be charged $100 which will be donated to the local humane society. Drugs & Medications Current USEF rules relating to drugs and medications will be enforced. Each horse entered must pay a $16.00 USEF fee (drugs & medications $8.00, USEF $8.00). Entries All entry blanks must be totally completed and signed. Exhibitors must present a signed OPEN check to the Show Secretary in order to receive your number(s). Cross entries permitted except as noted in Class Specifications and/or prohibited by USEF Rules. Post entries will be accepted up until the beginning of the session in which said class will take place. 12 Driving For animals in harness, animals must be fully bridled while hitching and unhitching. Removing the bridle from an animal harnessed to a vehicle, or leaving an animal unattended while hitched; anywhere on the show grounds will result in the instant elimination and removal from the show grounds. A properly attired groom or passenger is required for all pairs, tandems, unicorns or 4 in hand, capable of rendering assistance in case of an emergency. Failure to comply will result in elimination from the competition. Wire-wheeled vehicles will be acceptable in the Carriage Driving division at this show. All riders in any class where jumping is required and/or when jumping anywhere on the show grounds must wear protective headgear. Anyone violating this rule will be prohibited from further riding until in compliance. NOTE: Protective headgear is advised and welcome in all classes of any age group, with no judging penalties. Junior Exhibitors An individual that has not reached their 18th birthday as of December 1st of the current competition year. When dividing junior divisions into two separate age groups, these will be split into youth (age 12 and under) and youth (13 and over but who have not reached their 18th birthday by December 1st of current competition year). Juniors under 14 years of age cannot show a stallion. Junior Drivers under 14 years of age must have an experienced adult in the carriage at all times. Junior exhibitors must wear approved protective headgear (ASTM/SEI) at all times whenever mounted or in a driven vehicle at all times while on the show ground. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. Any rider violating this rule at any time must immediately be prohibited from further riding until such headgear is properly in place. Memberships All exhibitors MUST show their current USEF membership card at the show or send a copy with show entries. EXHIBITORS AND OWNERS THAT ARE NOT USEF MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $30 NON-MEMBER FEE. Measurement All ponies in WPCSA performance classes must present a USEF measurement card to the show secretary or be measured at the show. All ponies and cobs (age 6 & over) entered in Halter classes must show a USEF or WPCSA measurement card or be measured. Ponies and cobs (age 5 & under) only showing in Halter classes do not have to be measured. Measurement times will be announced. A SHARPS DISPOSAL CONTAINER WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SHOW GROUNDS. 13 Responsibility Submission of entry to this show constitutes an agreement to the following: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the TRHP, LLC, Texas Rose Horse Park, WPCSA, USEF, Show Management, their officers, respective directors, agents, employees or representatives against any claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees for the defense thereof, arising from the conduct or management of Exhibitor s business or its use of the premises or from any breach on the part of Exhibitors of any conditions of this Agreement, or contractors, agents, employees, guests, or invites in or about the premises. In case of any action or proceeding brought against the TRHP, LLC, Texas Rose Horse Park, WPCSA, USEF, Show Management or their officers, respective directors, agents, employees or representatives by reason of any such claim, Exhibitor, upon notice covenants to defend such action or proceedings by counsel, acceptable to the TRHP, LLC, Texas Rose Horse Park, WPCSA, USEF, or Show Management. Exhibitor is responsible for his/her own property. Returned Check Policy No post-dated checks will be accepted. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee and must be cleared within 30 days of the last day of the show or disciplinary actions will be sought through the WPCSA, USEF, and/or the District Attorney. Schooling Schooling will be allowed in the show ring up to 15 minutes before the start of the show and at any time in the schooling area. Schooling over fences in the show ring is not allowed after the show starts. Stalls Box stalls are $60 for the weekend (Friday noon - Sunday). Early arrivals (before Friday noon) will be charged $20 per stall per night. Stalls have permanent walls and doors. Arrangements must be made in advance. Bedding must be purchased from facility ($9 per bag 2 bag minimum). NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED. NO REFUNDS ON STALLS. USEF MEMBERSHIP STATEMENT Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $30 nonmember registration fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes. 16 Class Specifications WPCSA JUNIOR WELSH HANDLER (Article 115.6) Judged on the ability and skill of the Junior in handling their pony/cob/half-welsh/partbred as in the breed ring. The show qualities of the pony/cob/half-welsh shall not be considered, although cleanliness and grooming can be considered. Exhibitors enter to the left so as not to obscure the judge s view. The judge evaluates the ability of the junior to follow directions, use space wisely, and execute the requested patterns. Juniors should appear ring wise, be alert to the judging progression and be prepared for changes in the judging routine. WPCSA BREED CLASSES (Article 110.2) Animals are to be shown in hand at a walk and a trot except in group classes. Purebred Welsh to be judged 85% on breed type, conformation, way of going, quality and substance and 15% on disposition and manners. Natural reaching action is desired. Half-/partbred Welsh to be judged 85% on conformation, way of going, quality and substance and 15% on Welsh breed type, disposition and manners. WPCSA LEADING REIN (Article 115.1) - Section A, B, C, or Half Welsh/ Partbred, Mare or gelding, 12.2 and under, to be ridden by junior exhibitors at least four, but not more than 8 years of age. To be shown on light contact and led by an adult. See rules for attachment of leading rein. No chain leadlines allowed. 17 OPEN PET PONY OBSTACLE-Open to all ponies and breeds- To be shown in-hand over and through obstacles at a walk and trot, by handlers 8 and under. To be judged 100% on performance. OPEN IN-HAND TRAIL-Open to all breeds of horses and ponies, as well as handlers of all ages! To be shown in-hand over and through obstacles at a walk and trot. To be judged 100% on performance. WPCSA PLEASURE DRIVING (Article 113.1) To be shown to a suitable two or four-wheeled vehicle or four-wheeled vehicle for pairs, but not a viceroy, racing sulky or fine harness rig. Use of a bike style vehicle with floorboards and a basket is acceptable. To be shown both ways of the ring at a walk, working trot and trot on and stand quietly and except for tandems, to back readily. A properly attired groom or passenger capable of rendering assistance in case of an emergency is required for all pairs and tandems; unicorns and four-in-hands require 2 grooms/passengers. Failure to comply will result in elimination from the class. To be judged 75% on performance, manners, movement and style; 25% on breed type and conformation. Working classes are judged 100% on performance. HUNTER WARM-UP: Not rated. Fences heights not over 18. WPCSA SHORT STIRRUP HUNTER (Article 112.6) Division is open to riders 12 years and under. Classes are open to all ponies/cobs/half-/partbred Welsh, mares and geldings. RIDERS in this division, including the under saddle class, may not compete over fences in any other division except Short Stirrup equitation. Courses to be set at 18" with a minimum of 4 fences with 8 jumping efforts required. May either trot or canter the course. Over-fence classes must precede the under-saddle class. To be judged 100% on performance. To be eligible for the under-saddle class, animal must have shown in and completed an over-fences class. Under-saddle class animals will be shown both ways of the ring at a walk, trot and canter. Not required to jog for over-fences classes. WPCSA LOW HUNTER 18 or 2 (Article 112.8) Division is open to ponies/cobs and Half-Welsh/Partbreds, Juniors and Adults. These ANIMALS may not compete in any other over fences division at that show where fence heights exceed 18. There are no restrictions on the rider unless they are restricted by other class rules. Long Stirrup riders are eligible if jumping 18 but Short Stirrup riders are not eligible to compete. Courses to be set at 18" or 2 with a minimum of 4 fences with 8 jumping efforts required. Jumps must be verticals (no cross rails). Riders may choose to jump 18 or 2. Fence heights are not determined by the height of the animal. No animal may jump both 18 and 2 in this division at the same show. Over-fence classes must precede the under-saddle classes. To be judged 100% on performance. May either trot or canter the course. Not required to jog for over-fences classes. WPCSA HUNTER SEAT EQUITATION (Article 114.3)Classes open to ponies/cobs/half-welsh/partbred. To be judged on the rider s appearance, seat, hands and control of their mount. Animals 13.2 and under jump 2 animals over 13.2 jump 2 6. Under saddle (u/s) classes: to be shown at a walk, trot and canter both ways of the ring. Tests may be required. WPCSA RIDDEN WELSH CLASSIC SEC. A&B (Article 115.7) This class is for registered Welsh Ponies, Section A & B, 4 years of age and over. To be judged 50% on conformation and 50% on performance. Entries shall enter the arena at the walk in a clockwise direction. To be shown on both reins as a group at the walk, trot, and canter with animation. The required individual performance must show all four gaits (the gallop need only be shown in one direction). Each animal will then be stripped and judged for conformation judging, showing at the walk and trot, in hand, by the rider. Once an entry has been judged for conformation it may be retacked. Class is an English class only. No Western, Saddle Seat or Side Saddle tack or attire. Qualified UK or American Judge to officiate. WPCSA RIDDEN WELSH CLASSIC SEC. C & D (Article 115.7) This class is for registered Welsh Cobs and Welsh Ponies of Cob Type 4 years of age and over. To be judged 50% on conformation and 50% on performance. Places will be awarded for the Best Ridden and the Reserve Best Ridden. Any animal in this class is eligible to be named the Best Ridden. Entries shall enter the arena at the walk in a clockwise direction. The Judge shall request all four gaits (walk, trot, canter, gallop) in at least one direction, but animals need not show in both directions. The judge shall consider the size of the ponies/cobs, ages of riders, safety of arena when determining whether to have the animals perform as a group or individually. Individual pattern is optional at the judge s discretion. Entries shall not be stripped as conformation score from the qualifying class shall be carried forward. WPCSA WELSH ENGLISH PLEASURE (Article112.3) To be shown at a walk, trot and canter both ways of the ring on light contact without a martingale. To be judged 75% on performance, manners, movement and style; 25 % on breed type and conformation. Working class to be judged 100% on performance.

18 WPCSA WELSH WESTERN PLEASURE (Article 112.4) To be shown at a walk, jog and lope both ways of the ring without a martingale, on a reasonably loose rein, without undue restraint. To be judged on performance, with emphasis on manners 65%; breed type, conformation and movement 25%; appointments 10%. Working classes are judged 100% on performance. WPCSA STOCK SEAT EQUITATION (Article 114.5)Classes are open to ponies/cobs/half-welsh. Riders to be judged on seat, hands, performance of animal, appointments of animal and rider and suitability of animal to rider. Riders enter the ring at a walk or jog and are judged at a flat-footed four beat walk, two-beat jog and a three-beat lope both ways of the ring. All competitors are required to back a straight line during the line up. Tests may be required. WPCSA WALK-TROT ADULT EQUITATION (Article 115.8)Class open to riders 18 years of age and older on ponies, cobs, Half-Welsh, or Part Breds. English or Western attire is acceptable. 31 TRHP RV PARK POLICIES AND INFORMATION 1. All RV guests must sign in at Texas Rose Horse Park Show Services Office. Check in time is 12:00 PM; Check out time is 12:00 PM on the last day of your visit. Unless a later time is cleared through the office. 2. RV s must be parked head in, to the left of your assigned number. You will hookup on the left side of your RV (driver s side). As close to the box as possible. 3. When connecting to the water outlet, please leave back flow valves in place and make sure you are not leaking water. 4. DO NOT PARK IN STREETS OR FIRE LANES. DO NOT PARK IN EMPTY SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE TRHP SHOW SERVICES OFFICE. Many sites are reserved and people may be coming late. 5. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times. No ATV s, motorcycles etc over 50 CC s are allowed on Park grounds. Anyone operating a Motorized Vehicle on TRHP Property MUST HAVE a Valid Driver s License. 6. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited. 7. All pets must be contained or restrained on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times. Droppings and accidental waste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to trash dumpster. Pets may be left in your unit, but PLEASE remember this is Texas and it does get HOT. 8. Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. Keep outside storage of items to a minimum. Trash receptacles are located around the Park for your convenience. 9. NO ground fires are allowed: BBQ grills cannot be used for open fires. Fires must be contained in enclosed fire pits. 10. Waste/sewage, water or effluent from sinks, portable toilets or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited in dumping facility only and may not be deposited directly on any pavement, dirt or vegetation. To set up an appointment with a mobile dump truck; arrangements may be made through the TRHP Show Services Office. This will be at your own expense. Check in the TRHP office for dump schedule. 11. Sites are designed for Living Quarters Units. No horse trailers may be parked in an RV slot, unless they are live-ins. Trailer parking is allowed in designated area only. If trucks or cars will not fit within the designated site, they will have to be parked in an area that is set aside for parking. 12. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times. 13. All signs, posted notices and directions of the RV Park Management must be obeyed. Non compliance may result in immediate loss of parking privileges. 14. Property outside of TRHP fences is private property. Please respect our neighbors privacy. Please do not ride horses, or drive motorized vehicles in the adjoining neighborhoods. 15. All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed at all times. 16. TRHP reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV Park Policies of good camping, for destroying, or defacing property and/or creating a disturbance. 17. TRHP is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. Guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages. 33 TOP 10 RULES 1. PARKING: Parking in designated areas only. NO PARKING is allowed in the barn area. TEMPORARY PARKING in barn areas is for the unloading and loading of trailers only. All trailers should be dropped in the approved lot and are not allowed to park in the stabling area. Public Parking is in designated areas only. 2. CAMPER S/RV S/HORSE TRAILERS WITH LIVING SPACE: Must go to campground for hook-up. NO HOOK-UP ALLOWED TO THE BARNS AT ANY TIME! Limited spots available please reserve you space through the TRHP Show Services Office. RV spaces are assigned through TRHP Show Services Office. 3. GOLF CARTS/ATV S: a privilege-not a right-extended to show participants. Must be at least 16 years of age with valid driver s license. Golf carts can be rented through TRHP show services in the show office. TRHP strongly suggests that reservations be made in advanced, please refer to TRHP website under Exhibitor Information for Golf Cart Rental Agreement and Policies and Information. Carts are NOT to leave TRHP property for any reason. NO FOUR-WHEELERS, THREE WHEELERS, OR MOTOR BIKES OVER 50 cc ARE ALLOWED ON PARK GROUNDS. Golf Carts, mopeds, rural rate vehicles such as Gators and Mules, scooters, small motor bikes, and bicycles are allowed. 4. DOGS: Must be on a leash (not to exceed 6 feet in length) or suitably restrained in a tack stall/cage etc. Loose animal/s left in vehicles in distress, etc. can and will be removed from the grounds at the owner s expense. 5. HORSES: Have the right-of-way at all times. All riders must wear safety helmet at all times while on a horse. 6. EXHIBITOR PROBLEMS/SPECIAL REQUESTS: All non-emergency problems or special requests must be relayed through show management to ensure prompt attention. 7. FIRE CODES: TRHP does not allow any of the following in stalls, barns or tents: No 2-prong plug appliances. No 2-prong plug extension cords. No light duty cords for indoor use. No 3-way adaptors unless specifically made for outdoors. No cooking in barns or tents. No overloading electrical outlets. No electrical cords on the ground or buried. FANS IN THE STABLE AREA THAT ARE CONNECTED TO A 3-PRONG HEAVY DUTY OUTDOOR EXTENSION CORD OR 3-PRONG OUTDOOR ADAPTER ARE ACCEPTABLE. 8. STALLS: TRHP does not permit the use of any nails, fencing staples, screws, duct tape, or any other things to be driven into any portion of the stalls or buildings, nor the signs to be affixed, with any type of material(s) that may cause damage, changes, alterations, repairs, painting or staining of any part of the stalls or buildings. Any erection or installation of equipment must be made with material(s) that are temporary in nature and will not cause permanent damage such as zip-ties, Velcro, light duty staples, masking tape, etc. 9. WASTE DISPOSAL: All trash should be placed in proper containers that are located throughout the park. Muck generated during event must be placed in designated areas. Muck should not be placed in the barns, at the end of the barns, or in any other non-designated area. 10. SCHOOLING/LONGEING: Schooling is at designated times/places only and will be set and posted by show management. Longeing is not allowed in any arena. Lunge in designated areas only.
