Sale commission is 7% of the selling price with a minimum of $35.00, which ever is greater. th 3. Catalogue deadline is July 15 and horses will be sold in catalogue order. Therefore horses not catalogued will sell last. 4. The consignor or the gent responsible for the consigned horse have the privilege to no sale or pass the horse. If the horse is no sale or pass there will be a $75.00 no sale / pass fee in addition to the consignment fee. 5. There is NO ALLEY TRADING all sales before, during or after the Great Canadian Appaloosa Horse Sale. All sales of consigned horses must go through the sales office. 6. The Great Canadian Appaloosa Horse Sale and its Associates act as agents only and are not responsible for buyer or seller error or misunderstanding. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and the seller. 7. Horses that are consigned with unsound eyes, wind or lameness, as well as windsuckers and cribbers must be disclosed by the consignor prior to sale. 8. Consignor is responsible for declaring HYPP status as well as any other reportable disease. 9. All ORIGINAL REGISTRATION PAPERS must be submitted to the sales office along with a photocopy of both the front and back of the paper and a signed transfer by 5pm the day of the sale, otherwise the horse will not be eligible to be sold. 10. A breeder's/service certificate must accompany all bred mares and mares w/foals at their side. 11.Only ApHCC and ApHC registered horses will be sold. Quarter Horses and Thoroughbred mares in foal to a registered Appaloosa stallion are eligible for consignment. th 12.Weanlings must be born prior to March 15 to go through the sale, unless they are being sold in a two in one package with their dam. 13.All sale horses must be inspected by the National Show Inspector. 14.Once a horse is catalogued, we do expect the horse to be brought to the sale. Upon execution of this contract, consignor agrees not to dispose of the horse by private sale. Any horse withdrawn from the sale, for any reason other than infirmity, will be assessed a $ penalty in addition to the $75.00 consignment fee. 15.All horses are to be presented as a show horse in the sale ring (fit, bathed, clipped, trimmed, etc) with show tack and the handler should also present him/herself in show attire. 16 There will be a $ minimum bid for all sale horses. 17. Mandatory Coggins Test for easier export of horses.
