Currant copies of your membership cards and both sides of your pony s registration papers / foal recordings that you are entering in the show MUST be sent with your entry form 2. Members must supply a copy of their PIC number (Property Identification Code) with their entry form as this is a LEGAL REQUIRMENT to register your property where your ponies have come from 3. All exhibits must be registered with the Australian Miniature Pony Society Inc, and in the name of a current financial member. 4. All exhibitors / handlers must be a current financial member 5. All exhibitors / handlers must be in control of their pony at all times one pony one handler except in the child handler, ridden and harness classes 6. All handlers must be suitably attired in the show ring. 7. Australian Miniature Pony Society Inc. will not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury or loss of ponies, competitors or spectators or any of their belongings or any other person or property whatsoever. 8. All protests must be lodged with the committee within 15 minutes of the completion of the class, together with a $50.00 fee. This will be reimbursed if the protest is upheld. The Show Organisers decision is final. 9. All entire s 2 years and over must be shown in a recognised bridle and bit and handled by a competent Australian Miniature Pony Society Inc member 18 year and over. 10. Any colts under 2 years must be handled by an Australian Miniature Pony Society Inc. Member 18 years and over. 11. Age of handler is at the day of the show. Juniors must be members in their own right. 12. No refunds will be given 13. No Late entries will be accepted 14. Ponies that have already been entered for the show and wish to entry another class on the day they may do so at double the entry 15. Ponies will be measured on the day before competing, if ponies are measured over 87cm they will not be able to compete in the AMPS on the day but there is now a procedure in place whereby any AMPS registered pony which officially measures over 87cm at a Show and the Member accepts the official measurement the pony can be shown in the Appendix section on that day. The pony s AMPS's Registration Certificate will need to be returned to LBC Registry office within 28 days to be upgraded to Appendix. Failure to return the Registration Certificate to the LBC by the specified date, will result in the Pony being de-registered. 16. These ponies are not eligible to entry into the Appendix classes on that day they must be officially measured and correctly registered Appendix and provide paperwork before they are eligible shown again in the Appendix section 17. Members with ponies that show any indication of diseases e.g. Respiratory Infections will be asked to immediately remove their ponies from the grounds. 18. Ribbon placing will be decided by show day 19. Driven and Ridden Pony exhibits must be 3 years and over 20. A competent Australian Miniature Pony Society member must LEAD all foals. Foals may only accompany dams in the led classes 21. Broodmares to have foal at foot. 22. Approved Aus / NZ protective headgear must be worn at all times for exercising, ridden and harness classes. 23. Any Pony who exhibits signs of injury or sickness will be asked not to be shown on the day 24. Any Member who is ill-treating a pony will be prohibited from showing on the day 25. Photographs may be taken on Show day and maybe published in relevant media outlets as part of a record of the Show. In signing the Entry Form, you are agreeing to the publication of said photos. If you do not wish to have your Pony photographed, you must submit a letter, with your Entry Form to the Show secretary 26. Appendix and AMPS Classes CANNOT be combined together as per the rules of the constitution 27. Members for safety reasons please refrain from KNEELING DOWN in front of your Pony in the ring.

All Stallions and Colts 2 years and over must be bitted. No Stallions or Colts in any class where the handler is under 18 years of age. Safety Helmets must be worn in all the Harness classes YOU MUST SUPPLY WITH YOUR ENTRY FORM COPY of BOTH SIDES of Pony s Registration Papers, Copy of your PIC Number and your current Membership Card This is a requirement of entry to the show - No exceptions. Prize money in all classes 1 st Place - $5 2 nd Place - $3 3 rd Place - RIBBON All Supremes will receive Full Canteen facilities available Compulsory Gate fee of $10.00 applies.
