APSB SA Branch is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to any exhibit, exhibitor, spectator or guest prior to, or on the day. Exhibitors enter entirely at their own risk. Rules & Regulations. RING 1 AUSTRALIAN PALOUSE PONY ASSOCIATION Exhibits must be registered with the APPS and in the name of a current financial member. The exhibitor shall be liable to APSB its officers, officials and members for any damage or loss occasioned to any of them by the exhibit or exhibitors or agents. 9. No exhibit can enter a ring carrying the judges prefix. Owner/ handler is not to be in a business agreement with the judge. 10. Protective helmet meeting Australian safety standards (3838) to be worn at all times when rider is mounted. Suitable footwear to be worn whilst handling livestock. Exhibitors to wear clean, modest, suitable clothing whilst competing. No Stud advertising in the ring. 11. Foals on the grounds must be on a lead all day. They may accompany their dams into the led ring. Broodmares without foals at foot must carry current season foal & vet certificate. All exhibits must be under full control and secure at all times. Stewards reserve the right to remove from the ring any person not considered being in complete control of their exhibit or behaving offensively. 12. Protests MUST be lodged with the committee in writing, signed & dated with $100 protest fee (refundable if protest upheld) within 15 minutes of the event. Committee s decision in final, no further discussion & anyone causing a nuisance will be asked to leave.
