Inc. (WP&CS) regulations included in this program. All Foals MUST be weaned, and born after 31st July 2013, and they must be eligible for the classes they are entered in. All exhibits must be presented in accordance with their particular breed regulations Trimming, clipping, bitting and chains are as for individual breed regulations. Exhibitors who are members of the WP&CS MUST include a copy of their WP&SC membership card and annual waiver, and must include a waiver for all Handlers who will enter the ring. Exhibitors or handlers who are not members of the WP&CS, or don t have an annual waiver, must complete and sign the Affinity waiver form found in this Program 1 per person Wrist bands are proof of indemnity and must be worn at all times whilst in the ring. Cancellation Policy In accordance with the WPCS of Australia Inc Extreme Weather & Cancellation Policy if cancellation is required due to existing or predicted severe and dangerous conditions such as Code Red Fire Warnings / Flood or travel warnings / disease outbreaks; phone organisers from 24 hours prior to show. 1 Refund Policy (i) If an event has commenced there shall be no refunds.(ii) If an event is cancelled prior to the commencement of an event costs incurred by the Show Committee prior to the event will be paid & remaining funds will be reimbursed to the exhibitor if the amount per exhibitor is $2.00 or more (iii) If an event is postponed, entry fees will not be refunded without a written request from the exhibitor within 7 days of the notification of postponement.
