Entries withdrawn after 8/8: refunds at discretion of show management. ABOUT THE FACILITY Arenas & Footing Enclosed 100' x 200' outdoor arena with hog fuel footing. Holding area either hog fuel or sand footing. Lungeing only in designated lunging arena. Camping on grounds No additional charge for hook-ups. Electrical service is available at the end of each stall row. Campers, motor homes and the like are welcome to run an extension cord during evening hours. As a safety measure, extension cords must be unplugged and stowed during the day. Please, out of courtesy to your neighbors, no generators. Children & Pets No Dogs; children must be supervised by an adult. Food Food will be available on grounds during meal hours only. Stabling Box stalls with full doors; dimensions below. First bedding included; none in tack stalls. Additional bedding may be purchased on site. Bedding other than shavings or pellets prohibited. Stalls may not be resold or sublet by exhibitors. Indicate stabling preference on entry; however, stall assignments will be based on horse s size, gender, and length of stay, not just on postmark date. D Oregon Dressage Society Regional Omnibus

4 Showcase I: stalls available Friday noon through Saturday evening. Showcase II: stalls available 5 P.M. Saturday through Sunday evening. Lower barns: at east end of facility, just inside main entrance. These barns have permanent roofs over the stalls with lights, eaves and gutters. Barn E/F (same building as show office) has 10'x12' stalls with rubber mats over asphalt.... $50 per show Barns C/D and G/H have 10'x10' stalls with dirt floors.... $40 per show Tack stalls (lower barns only)... $25 per show AWARDS Awards to 1 st, ribbons through 6 th. Breed awards; enclose copy of horse's breed registration with entry. Materiale Championship - highest average scores over the two days. Born in the Northwest award - highest average scores of USDF DSHB non-breed classes over the two days. Materiale Championship, highest combined score of two days. Additional breed awards possible depending upon sponsorship. Check the website for updates and award requirements. DIRECTIONS I-5 south from Portland/north from Salem to Sherwood/Tualatin exit, #289. West on Tualatin/Sherwood Hwy five miles to Hwy 99W. South three miles to SW Pacific Hwy, on your right just past Brookman/Chapman Rd. ENTRIES In-hand entries: no loose foals. First and second place horses in Prospect or Breeding Stock classes eligible for respective championship classes. Individual breed classes: a copy of horse s registration papers (or breeding certificate for current year foals) required. Horses may only enter one IBC class. Group in-hand classes: enter separately in the name of mare/stallion/breeder. Written permission required if exhibitor is not stallion/mareowner or group breeder. Management reserves the right to refuse or require withdrawal of an entry for cause deemed sufficient by show management. SCHEDULING & RIDE TIMES Schedule and ride times will be ed and posted at However, responsibility for obtaining ride times from show management remains with the competitor. SPONSORSHIP, ADVERTISING & VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES Show sponsorship: Title sponsor $800; Patron sponsor $400; Class sponsorship $25. Contact manager regarding sponsorships. Scoring errors must be reported to Show Secretary within one hour of receipt of test or error will stand with no change in class placing. All other protests will be handled according to the current USEF Rule Book, rule GR603. Sporthorse Division: No loose foals. Recognized by USDF and NWSHBA; prior membership and horse recording required for points to count toward annual awards. Classes conducted according to the current USEF Rule Book, Dressage Division, Subchapter DR-2. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be familiar with these rules.
