1 A The Organisers will not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage to any competitor or his/her pony, whatsoever or howsoever the negligence of the organisers, their servants or agents. B All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners and the organisers will not be liable for and damage thereto howsoever caused, including the negligence of the organisers, their servants or agents. C Objections which may only be lodged by the owner or their authorised representative must be handed to the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes of the incident and must be accompanied by a deposit of 20, returnable if the Objection is sustained. D No entry fee will be accepted unless accompanied by the correct entry fee. E The organisers reserve the right to limit entries and refuse entry to an exhibitor without giving a reason. F The judge s decision is final. G Exhibitors must be appropriately dressed at all times while in the ring including the wearing of a hat, cap or headscarf. (No jeans) H Whips or canes must not exceed 30ins I The affiliated classes will be run under the rules of the Shetland Pony Stud-Book Society. J Ponies entered 1-26 must be registered (foals eligible) with the S.P.S.B.S. K Three year old fillies with foal at foot may not be shown. L Foals must be a minimum of three weeks old on the day of show. M All stallions and Colts 2 years and over must be suitably bitted, and wear discs attached to the bridle N Children showing colts or stallions in hand must be 14 years old or over. O There must be no colts or stallions in Young Handlers classes. P Children under 14 yrs old may not show colts (excluding foals) or stallions in in-hand classes Q Hard hats must be worn by all junior handlers and all riders in all classes. R Exhibitors must not kneel but remain standing while in the ring S All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
