8 RING Six OPEN TRAINING SHOWJUMPING CLASS 9 AM If rider completes course clear and within the time allowed, they will participation ribbon, receive a A horse may only attempt five rounds of Show jumping in total with any combination of heights including Have-a-Go rounds. 9 F RING Seven Tuff Horse Rugs Have-a-Go Show Jumping 10am start You will be given a 5 minute limit. This course can be walked or trotted and is intended for those lacking in confidence. There will be approximately ten jumps set up on show jumping blocks. A horse may only attempt five rounds of Show jumping in total with any combination of heights including Have-a-Go rounds. You choose: which height of the block you want the pole on which jumps you will jump over and in what order. RING Eight Forbes Lucerne Open Handy Mount Challenge

The Open Handy Mount Challenge will include the following activities in no particular order Post A Letter Small Jump Bending Poles Washing On The Line Bridge Walk Big Ball Nudge Pool Noodle Path Dismount And Mount On The Wrong Side Walk Forward And Reverse Between Poles Move Tennis Ball From One Cone To Another 8yrs and Under 10yrs and Under 12yrs and Under 14yrs and Under 16yrs and Under 18yrs and Under Over 18yrs

11 Entry is conditional upon acceptance of the following; 1. Open Riders: this includes all competitors in rings 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 a. Everybody fills in the Liability Declaration Form b. $10 Day Participation Fee is due UNLESS you are a financial member* of EV/EA; AHS; SHCA; AERA; an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal Liability Cover of at least $10,000,000. *Must produce proof. c. Riders without adequate Insurance Cover pay $10 for Liability Only cover for the duration of the event. (Not personal Medical) and complete the Day Participant Waiver. d. PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary s office before riding. PCAV Insurance Policy specifically states anyone not following PCAV Rules may be left uninsured. 2. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate. An admin fee of $10 will be deducted. 3. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. 4. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason. 5. All riders must wear complying helmets. Spot checks to ensure compliance may occur. 6. Gear check: Pony club sections require gear check before riding. (Open show rings excluded) a. Medical Armbands are required to be worn by all competitors (including non-pony club). 7. Queries, protests, horse abuse as per the PCAV Handbook of ByLaws. 8. Dogs are prohibited without exception. 9. No stallions, colts or rigs. 10. No Lunging on grounds 11. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies. 12. Riders may only enter in one class per mount in ring. 13. Novice is never having a won first prize at any show or gymkhana. 14. No horse is to complete more than 5 rounds of show jumping 15. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. Plaiting is optional (except games, no plait) Forms and Payments Category 1: I am a PCAV member, I am only competing in ring 3 (Pony Club Ring), and I understand I must show my PCAV membership card on the day of competition Category 2: I am a PCAV member and I am competing in a number of rings. I understand I must complete a Liability Declaration Form and I need to show my PCAV membership card on the day of competition. Category 3: I am a day participant, I understand I must complete a Liability Declaration Form and I have attached proof I hold current approved 24/7 Public Liability Insurance to the minimum limit of $ for this event. Category 4: I am a day participant who does not have approved insurance for this event; I understand I must complete a Liability Declaration Form , A Day Participant Waiver and pay $10.00 to compete.

12 The Liability Declaration Form and the Day Participant Waiver forms can be found on the Doongala Pony Club Site and the PCAV site. Pre-paid tickets for rings 1 to 5 are $4 per horse per class if purchased on the day of competition these tickets will be $8 Prepaid tickets for rings 6 to 8 are $5 per round per horse. There is a $5 gate fee for all vehicles
