2 Burnt Lake Stables Dressage Day Schooling Shows in affiliation with Parkland Area Alberta Dressage Association June 1 st and August 24 th, 2013 Closing dates: May 24 th and August 16 th This dressage schooling show is sanctioned by PAADA, the Parkland Area Alberta Dressage Association. Scores from this show may be submitted by members of PAADA for Year End High Point Schooling Show Awards. If not already a member of PAADA there will be membership forms available at the show. If you are interested in volunteering to help at the show, contact the show secretary. Jobs include in-gate person, show office, warm-up ring steward (to keep things running on time), etc. Experience is not necessary, just a willingness to help! Bridle numbers will not be released until all information is received. No competitor may mount anywhere on the show grounds without a bridle number. The organizer(s) reserves the right to refuse any entry at any time. All riders are required to sign a waiver and release form for each show. No more than one owner/lessee per entry form. It is mandatory that all riders wear an ASTM approved, or higher, safety helmet while mounted. There will be no refunds of entry fees after the official closing date with the exception of a Veterinary or Doctor s Certificate. Dressage Tests will be ridden in a 20x60m ring on sand or grass. Walk/Trot will be 20x40m on sand or grass. There will be No Post Entries for dressage rides. All entries must be in by the closing date in order to allow time for allocation of dressage ride times. Dressage ride times will be available online ( or by telephone starting the Thursday night before the show (May 30 and August 22). Please call at (403) or (403) Warm up areas may or may not be enclosed. Please attach a photocopy of the current AEF or EC membership number to the entry form. A current AEF or EC membership is mandatory for insurance purposes.

I hereby declare that in signing this document, that I have read and fully understood and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and that it is binding upon my executors, heirs and assigns. I also acknowledge that the helmet worn by is at minimum ASTM approved, which is mandatory for all riders This statement is to confirm that the AEF or EC Membership Numbers that have been given on this form are current and are in good standing for the current competition year.
