Measurement Schedule: Friday, June 5 5:00 pm 8:00 pm Saturday-Sunday, June 6 & 7, :00 to 8:00 am Campsites available for $30.00 for the weekend. CLASS START at 8:30 am SHARP 2 minute gate call will be enforced except for tack changes which must be given at least 3 classes prior to the tack change. All HORSES must have a photocopy of AMHR registration papers enclosed with the entries and current year negative Coggins (original only) on day of show. AMATEUR EXHIBITORS must have an AMHR Amateur Card to exhibit in Amateur classes. A photo copy of the Amateur card MUST be enclosed with your entries. YOUTH EXHIBITORS must be members of AMHR and Youth Card to receive points credited for year end AMHR awards. A photo copy of the Youth Card MUST be enclosed with your entries.

3 Host Hotel for our show is the American Inn & Suites on Brown Rd, Ionia, Mi. It is actually right across the street from the fair grounds. Ph: Rooms have been blocked under the Western Michigan Miniature Horse Show. Special rates for the weekend are at $79.00 per night. These MUST be reserved at least two weeks before the show for these rates. Restaurants in the area are McDonalds, Wendy s, Arby s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway, KFC, Big Boy, China Lee Buffet, and Frost Boy Ice Cream. 4 NON-RATED CLASSES Non-Rated Classes are open to all miniature horses 38" & under. AMHR registration is NOT required. All sizes, ages and sexes to show together (unless otherwise noted). PeeWee Classes The PeeWee division is for youth 7 years old and younger. These classes are geared toward the youngest of our exhibitors and gives them a chance to enter the show ring with an adult who may assist them verbally when needed. Mares and geldings only may be shown. Exhibitors in PeeWee may also show in regular youth classes, if applicable. Fun Classes - Winner takes all! Pickup Race - Requires a two person team and one cart. See which human team can cross the finish line with the fastest time. Halter Brigade - Requires a three person team, one horse and three halters and leads. Test the speed and accuracy of your horse haltering abilities. Cloverleaf - A game of speed to see which horse and handler can negotiate the cloverleaf pattern the fastest. Fine Harness / Cart / Carriage / Wagon Class This class will showcase those fine horse vehicles including, but not limited to, viceroys, carriages, wagons and non-traditional horse drawn vehicles. Single or multiple hitch. PINK CLASS SUPPORT FOR CANCER THIS WILL BE A HALTER CLASS FOR A & B HORSES. IT IS NON- RATED AND SINGLE JUDGED WITH ALL CLASS FEES DONATED TO AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. HORSES WILL BE JUDGED 50% ON CONFORMATION AND 50% ON THE HANDLERS DEVOTION TO THE COLOR OF PINK IN A TASTEFUL MANNER TO HELP BRING AWARENESS FOR THE NEED TO CURE CANCER. HORSES WILL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE SPARKLES AND PINK WHEREVER BUT THEIR CONFOMATION SHOULD NOT BE COMPROMISED - i.e., COSTUMES, RIBBONS, ETC., ARE ALLOWED.
