3 Conditions of Entry Pony Club & Open Sections All open competitors must sign a day attendance form and if a current pony club card cannot be presented, pay an additional $10. PCAV club member s cards must be presented when purchasing tickets. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement of PCAV rules and acceptance of these rules. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition, divide any class, alter times, and refuse entry with or without stating a reason. All riders must wear complying helmets. Approved ASA3838, EN1384, PAS015, ASTNF1163 Gear Check-: Pony Club Members & Open Riders require gear check before riding. Armbands-: are required to be worn by all competitors- including nonmembers. Queries/Protests as per PCAV by-laws. Novice-: Horse or Rider who has never won a first prize at any Open Gymkhana. Intermediate-: Not to have placed at a Royal Show. No Stallions, Colts or Rigs. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times- Penalty Elimination. No Lunging permitted except in designated lunging area prior to 9.00am PCAV Alcohol Policy applies. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horse, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.
