1 ships & Friend of Show 2019 PA 4-H Junior Horse Championship Show 2019 Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show Sponsorships provide a means to promote your organization, business or club while supporting youth exhibitors at the Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show and the PA 4-H Junior Horse Championship Show. The Junior Horse Championship Show is scheduled for July at the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds in Centre Hall, PA. The State 4-H Horse Show will be held at the Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg on October Please consider a sponsorship for the 2019 Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show and/or the PA 4-H Junior Horse Championship Show. Class sponsorships help defray the costs awards, trophies and ribbons for the show and minimize show costs to exhibitors. Class sponsorships are available for both shows on a first come, first serve basis. Contact as noted for class availability and sponsor reservations. Approximately H youth and thousands of families, professionals and spectators from throughout Pennsylvania participate in the shows. These two state shows are the final competition of the year for 4-H horse members enrolled in performance and junior horse projects. To be eligible for the PA 4-H State 4-H Horse Show in Harrisburg, members must advance through qualifying competitions at the county and district level. Events include, showmanship, equitation, pleasure, jumping, driving, trail, and timed and miniature events. A therapeutic riding division for riders with disabilities is also included. The PA 4-H Junior Horse Championship Show features youth and their project animals from throughout the state progressing through preliminary classes to qualify for championship classes, where the state champions will be named. Classes will be offered at this show in breed conformation and pleasure futurity classes, barrels, driving, in hand trail and more. At the PA 4-H State 4-H Horse Show, educational and commercial exhibits, hands-on clinics and the state model horse show provide additional venues for entertainment and education. Outstanding 4-H members will be recognized and state awards will be presented during the Recognition Ceremony on Saturday evening. In addition to the competition, The PA 4-H Junior Horse Championship Show will include a weekend of educational displays and hands-on activities, commercial exhibits, and plenty of family fun, right in the heart of central Pennsylvania at a beautiful show facility.
