Haverhill, NH (603) RULES and REGULATIONS The Horse Show Office will be open on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. ENTRY FEES: Trophy es - $15; Money es - $20; Championship or Stake es - $25 unless otherwise stated in program. NHH&TA Fee - $3.00 per horse or pony. Post entries will be accepted, but there will be a post entry fee of $5.00 per horse for the first class entered, regular fees thereafter for all entries received after August 15. ENTRY and STALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY BLANKS. No telephone entries will be accepted. A charge of $15.00 for incomplete entry. SCHEDULE FOR CLASS ENTRIES: Morning sessions by 9:00 a.m. Afternoon sessions by 12:00 noon (except Monday by 11:00 a.m.). Evening sessions by 4:00 p.m. HORSE STALLS: $60.00 Thursday through Monday. Any stall used prior to Thursday there will be a charge of $20.00 per day per horse or pony. No stall will be reserved until the stall fees have been paid to the Show Secretary. Stalls will be assigned in the order that they are received at the discretion of the Stall Superintendent and the Manager. No stall changes at show without Stall Superintendent s approval. (All stalls have doors). TACK STALLS: $65.00 for the duration of the show. Stabling is limited, and horse stalls have preference over tack stalls. If tack stalls are not available, the fee will be refunded. At least six (6) horses to obtain a tack stall. RIBBONS & PRIZE MONEY: Ribbons will be awarded through 6 places in all classes. PRIZE MONEY WILL BE MAILED IN ABOUT 30 DAYS. Any discrepancies in premium monies must be brought to the attention of the Manager no later than October 15th. Once the check has been cashed the premium for the show is final. All out-of-state horses/ponies are required to present a copy of current negative Coggins Test to the Horse Show Office. Copy of proof of Rabies Vaccination for all horses/ponies must be provided to the Horse Show Office. NO PETS are allowed on the grounds. CAMPERS: Fee $ Any camper hooked up to water and/or electricity prior to Wednesday, will be charged an additional $25.00 per day. One camper per family on the show grounds. Awnings extended onto track or roadway are at owner s risk. ALL campers must be off the grounds by Monday night. No exception. Tents - $ In classes open to registered animals only, the proper registration name and number must be listed on the entry blank and owners must be prepared to produce registration papers. The foaling date of each colt and filly must be listed on the entry blank. This show is affiliated with the N.E. Horsemen s Council and N.H. Horse and Trail Association and will be conducted under the rules of these organizations. The Management reserves the right to combine or cancel classes which have fewer than 4 entries. POLICY ON REQUESTS FOR HOLDS: Holds will be granted at the discretion of the Manager. They must be requested before the start of each session. Management will try to cooperate with an exhibitor requesting a hold, but will not be responsible if a hold is not honored. If a hold is granted, the in-gate will be held for two minutes, then open for two minutes before the class is closed. PASSES: TWO FREE HORSE SHOW PASSES per horse or pony will be mailed if entries are received on or before August 15th. All passes must be signed by the holder. In addition, any holder upon leaving the grounds must show their signed pass, have pass punched and get their hand stamped. Upon re-entering the grounds, the holder MUST show their signed pass and stamped hand. If the holder is entering the grounds for the first time, they must show their signed pass, pass will be punched and their hand stamped. No admission money will be refunded. Do not lose your passes; they cannot be replaced. There will be NO refunds of entry fees on classes which are held unless due to bona fide injury of horse (veterinarian s certificate required) or rider in equitation classes (doctor s certificate) and must be received by the Show Manager before the end of the show to be considered. No refunds on stalls, tack stalls or camper parking. A service fee of $50.00 may be assessed each time an exhibitor is contacted about insufficient fund checks. Maximum fee of $ If payment is not made, proper authorities and associations will be notified. VEHICLES: ALL vehicles, including tow vehicles for trailers/campers are to be parked in back of shed row. No exceptions. BEST DECORATED STABLE. Theme: Lancaster Fair Speedway. Judged Sunday morning. Trophy. No horses/ponies allowed on the grounds until NOON on Wednesday. The Lancaster Fair Books close November 1, Any questions or discrepancies must be resolved before that date. Pony measurement on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. The warm-up/exercise ring will be the only area for this purpose. All riders must be in the warm-up/exercise ring area when their class is called. The in-gate will be closed two minutes after the first horse enters the ring. PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR: See NEHC Rule VII, Page 20, Section G. 1

No martingales or tie downs. Cannot cross enter into Hunter Seat Equitation for the entire show. Championship: Specifications are the same as the qualifying class.
