HORSE HEALTH DECLARTATION All horse competitors must complete a Horse Health Declaration Form for all horses on the grounds, whether competing or not, before any horse can compete at the 2019 Bell Show. Forms must be signed on the day of entry and handed in to Show Officials prior to commencement of horse ring events.
