Turn left opposite the Crooklands Hotel, onto the B6385 where you will find the Showground. From the NORTH;- M6 junction 36, take the 1 st turning left onto A65 then follow the above direction

2 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The committee will not be responsible for or liable for any loss or damage sustained by the exhibitors, riders or their horse or ponies and all entries are accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate any classes if there are insufficient entries. 3. Entries will not be accepted without the appropriate entry fee. 4. The organisers have tried to ensure that classes do not clash, however it is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that they can compete in the classes entered. 5. The committee have the power to judge any dispute that may arise, their decision will be final. Any objection to the result of any class must be made in writing to the secretary within 30mins of the end of the class. A deposit of 5.00 returnable if the objection is sustained must accompany the objection. 6. All entry fees are non returnable. Prize money will be paid on the day only. 7. This show is affiliated to the BSPS and all persons competing or taking part in the classes, whether or not a member or not are subject to the constitution and rules of the BSPS including disciplinary procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS and. Any horse or pony taking part at this show is liable to dope testing. 8. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Championship Show to be held at Arena UK. 9. All shows that are affiliated to the BSPS are qualifiers for the BSPS CLASSIC SECURITY (UK) LTD Challenge. L/R, F/R, Open S/P s Open Nursery Stakes, Open WHP s and LR of HT, Open SHP s and Open Intermediates. If after qualifying a pony qualifies for the HOYS it will forfeit its qualification for the BSPS Challenge. Cradle Stakes the highest placed pony that has not qualified for the Challenge will qualify, if the highest placed pony has already qualified the qualification will be awarded to the next eligible pony. 10. This show is a qualifier for the PREMIER LEAGUE & Black Country Saddles Rider of the year. 11. Classes 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, are qualifiers for the BSPS Blue Riband owners & riders must be BSPS members & the pony registered with the BSPS to compete in classes with Blue Riband qualification. 12. Prize money in BSPS Classes; 1 st 5.00, 2 nd 3.00, 3 rd Olympia classes; 1 st , 2 nd 10.00, 3 rd Olympia classes- Owners and riders must be BSPS members and the pony registered with the BSPS to compete in classes with Olympia qualifiers. Designed for young athletic horses/ponies which have the conformation and movement to go to the top of their sphere. All animals will enter the ring to be assessed as a class and for the temperament of each individual animal. All exhibits will then leave the ring and re-enter individually for their performance. The class to be judged in a triangle in the following manner. 1. Judge is to stand at A. exhibit will be awarded marks for conformation to a maximum of The exhibit to walk the triangle A-B,B-C, C-A. Marks to be awarded to a maximum of 20 for the walk. 3. The exhibit to trot the triangle. A-B, B-C, C-A. marks to be awarded to a maximum of 20 for the trot. 4. Overall impression to be awarded out of a maximum of 20 as the exhibit leaves the ring. 5. The class will return to the ring for the presentation of awards. NCPA RIDDEN SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP The champion and reserve from each section is eligible to compete. The Supreme Champion and reserve also qualify to compete for the NCPA Chairmans Cup at the NCPA Pony of the Year to be held at Rodbaston College on 6 th September 2015 Winner to receive the Glaxo Challenge Shield NCPA Star Rosettes awarded to the highest placed NCPA member in the following classes:- Class 43, 47, 56, 62,66 and 67. Members to be wearing their NCPA badge and have their membership card in the ring.
