4 HOWARD COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC Fairground Road West Friendship, MD Education and entertainment are what the Howard County Fair is all about. For over seventy years, residents of Howard County and surrounding communities have brought their exhibits to be judged. The Howard County Fair Board has gone to great lengths to preserve the tradition so the youth of today may be part of the experience. While the appearance of the county may be changing in many places, agriculture will always be an important part. We are proud of the growth and success of the Howard County Fair. We are constantly trying to improve, and we welcome your suggestions. We are deeply appreciative for the volunteer help that is given each year and our exhibitors help make this community event something to be proud of. I am looking forward to this year s fair and urge all of you to come out and share in the tradition of family oriented fun, education, and entertainment. With your support, we can make this 72nd fair a big success. See you at the FAIR! Mickey Day, President BOARD OF DIRECTORS H.
