Catalog Fee is non-refundable. Catalog Deadline is April 17 th. Consignments accepted after April 17 at $ fee. Loose Horses will be accepted on the day of the sale at a flat rate of $40.00 per horse. No additional commission charges. 2. Original Registration Papers and signed transfer due with consignment form. 3. Horses are cataloged in the order consignments are received by the office. 4. All out of state horses must bring an original, individual negative coggins test dated within 6 months of sale date. 5. Horses must be Guaranteed Sound unless stated otherwise in the comments. Sound being defined as the ability to walk, breathe, see properly and/or not to crib. Any additional guarantees are between the consignor and buyer. 6. Once a horse is cataloged, it is expected to be at the sale. No substitutions. If the cataloged horse is not brought to the sale, there will be a $ No Show Fee. 7. Pictures and videos are welcomed and encouraged. Pictures must be received by deadline to be included in catalog. 8. Seller s checks will be mailed out after 5 business days. Checks will be held on any and all incomplete paperwork until proper paperwork is turned in. 9. Horses may not be previewed until checked in and numbered by the Office. 10. No Alley Trading Allowed. All consigned horses will go through the sale ring. 11. All buyers must register in the office prior to bidding. Proper identification required to obtain bidder number. 12. Title passes at the fall of the hammer. Buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities for the horse at the fall of the hammer. No horses or items will be released from the site without payment in full to Wahoo Livestock Commission, LLC. 13. Wahoo Livestock Commission, LLC does not act as agents for or represent either buyer or seller, but merely provide a medium for bringing together buyer and seller for the purpose of sale transactions. 14.
