2 SHOW DAY ADMISSION CHARGES FAMILY PASS $30.00 {2 adults & children, 16 years & under} Adults $10.00 Senior pensioners {proof required} $ 8.00 Children 8-16 yrs $ 5.00 Children 7 years & under Free Motor Vehicle $ 2.00 Camping Fees $10.00 per night {excludes power} Powered Sites $ 5.00 connection fee {including Show Day} Stables $10.00 per stable {night/day} Exhibition times As noted in Class Saturday 9am Pavilion Opens on Saturday at 9.00am to 4pm All Early arrivals must pay camping & gate entry. Please report to Secretary Office during business hours if gate not attended. If horse floats are to use power on show day there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per vehicle for the privilege. The contents of this schedule have been carefully compiled. The Committee will not be responsible for any errors or omissions. Lucky Gate Prize will be drawn at the official opening of the show. Tickets will be issued with each entry pass. Fill in your name and contact details and place in the box near the Secretary s Office. All day BBQ, Bar and Luncheon facilities will be available at the grounds on show day.

3 HORSE SCHEDULE Ring Master: Michael Hunter Ring Coordinator: Maryann Schiller or CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Every competitor must sign the show indemnity form. Forms available on or at the grounds All horse exhibitors are required to pay the gate entry fees to the grounds All horse entries are taken on the day, except Team Yarding/ Show jumping Number System; All Competitors MUST register and receive a number card for every horse/pony for ring events. Separate Number card will be issued for Rider/Handler Classes. These details must be completed when signing the waiver before the start of competition. Numbers must be presented to stewards in the ring, no number no details no performance recorded. EA approved helmets to be worn. ALL exhibits shown by 18 years and under in led/handler must wear approved helmets. Ponies and horses must nominate in either Show Hunter Classes or Hack Classes, but not both Judges: The judge s decision is final. Protest is lodged at the Ring Secretary s Office in writing within twenty minutes accompanied by $50 deposit which will be refunded if the protest is up held Age of riders: Is actual age on day of the event Age of horses: Is calculated at 1st August Stallions & Colts: Must be shown bitted. Stallions and Colts may only compete in classes where specifically permitted & exhibited/handled by a person 17 years and over Champion: Only those winning first place in eligible classes are to parade for Champion Reserve Champion: Exhibits placed second to the Champion are eligible for judging for Reserve Champion. All Champion winners in 1 st round are not eligible for 2 nd chance ring Horses in appropriate classes must be registered with their Breed Societies and copies of Registration must be available for presentation Novice: Open to all competitors who have not won a first prize in a solo event at an agricultural show. Local means within 20 km Radius of Bribbaree or Member of Bribbaree Pony Club In the event of two classes clashing, competitor is to choose which class to enter. NO RING will be held up for any competitor, unless the judge decides in his or her absolute discretion if time permits No refunds, for tickets purchased Rings will stop for lunch at advised time on the day. There will be no changes to the program on the day. Suggestions made in writing to ring coordinator, will be considered for next year s program Improper Behaviour will not be permitted. Offender names will be submitted to the ASC "Bribbaree Show Society Inc retains the right to test horses for prohibitive substances Camping & Yards All overnight campers are required to pay a camping fee of $10.00 per vehicle. All Early arrivals must pay camping & gate entry if gate unattended please report to Secretary s office during business hours to arrange payment. You will be issued with a card to display in your windscreen as proof of payment. All users of electricity including day visitors to the show ground will be required to pay $5.00 to cover electricity costs. A cord tag will be issued once payment has been received.
