4 USA BREEDING AGREEMENT # AJMAN MONISCIONE Current Stud Book: DE 408/22138/03 Breeding agreement Frozen semen This agreement is made between Mr. BUZZI GIANCARLO of Azienda Agricola Buzzi Giancarlo, Via Varesina 20, Cunardo (Va), Italy (hereafter referred to as Stallion Owner, hereby represented by Gallun Farm Inc, Santa Ynez, CA 93460), and Mr/Company/Firm... Address:... phone:...fax owner or leaser (hereafter referred to as Mare Owner) of the mare/mares: Name:... Birth:... Colour:... Sire:... Dam:... Registry #... and defines the terms governing the purchasing by the Mare Owner of one breeding/more breedings from the sire above identified. The Stallion Owners offers one breeding for a fee of $5, for the 2015 breeding season. The breeding fee must be paid at the time of signing.

5 If more than one pregnancy is achieved through the breeding with the semen provided per this agreement it is understood that the mare owner, as indicated on this agreement, may purchase an additional breeding to the Stallion for an additional breeding fee of $5, Notification of an additional pregnancy must be made in writing to the stallion owner immediately upon such knowledge to avoid breach of contract. The Mare Owner shall be entitled to ONE DOSE (four straws) included in the breeding fee. Should he/she require more doses to achieve pregnancy he/she shall receive them and pay their production costs ($160 per dose) plus the transport costs from Gallun Farm Inc. per their current breeding fee schedule. The Mare Owner acknowledges that breeding and doses are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or provided to any other party without written authorization from the Stallion Owner in advance. Stallion Manager shall provide semen from the Stallion identified in this contract, and makes no other guarantee of the condition of semen once the equitainer has left the farm where it is stored. The Mare Owner shall be responsible for semen storage, proper handling and insemination into the mare. TERMS The breeding/breedings purchased according to this contract is/are intended to be used within the 2015 breeding season. The Mare Owner shall inform the Stallion Owner about the achieved pregnancy and pertinent insemination date no later than September 30, 2015 and the Stallion Owner shall provide the Mare Owner the breeding certificate (included in the breeding fee) to register the foal. After October 10, 2015 the delay in conveying this information will cost the Mare Owner $ After the ultimate deadline of November 30, NO MORE BREEDING CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED.

6 LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE Should the mare fail to conceive, should she abort, die or not produce a live foal (live foal is defined a foal that stands and nurses without assistance for a period of at least 72 hours from the time of birth), then the Stallion Owner guarantees that the Mare Owner shall have the right to rebreed or substitute the mare within the current or the following breeding season. Therefore, the term of this contract is TWO breeding seasons. If a mare fails to settle after two seasons, for any reason, Mare Owner will hold Stallion Owner blameless, and the present contract shall be considered fulfilled. The semen purchase fee under this contract will be fully earned and nonrefundable. In the event that mare achieves a pregnancy but does not produce a live foal, the Mare Owner shall provide the Stallion Manager with a veterinarian s certificate stating the time and date of birth, time and date of death, and cause of death within seven days of aforementioned death. In the event that mare dies, Mare Owner shall provide Stallion Manager with a veterinarian s certificate of death. 7 Gallun Farms, Inc Phone Fax Breeding Fee Schedule for Frozen Semen 2015 (Within the U.S.) P. O. Box Edison Street Santa Ynez, CA The following fees are to be paid by the Mare Owner: Handling Fee Per Shipment $ 300 (Includes preparation and handling of frozen semen for shipment) Note: If multiple shipments are necessary, multiple handling fees of $300 will apply. If multiple stallions are shipped within the same container, multiple handling fees of $300 will also apply. All Priority Overnight FedEx Shipping Charges to be paid by mare owner in addition to Handling Fee. There is a Dry Shipper rental required unless a Dry Shipper is provided in advance. If Dry Shipper is provided client is obligated to pay $35 Liquid Nitrogen Charge for confirming charge of the provided container. Dry Shipper Rental Fee Late Fee $ five-day rental fee will be charged to Mare Owner by Gallun Farms, Inc., renter. $ per day beyond 5 business days. NOTE: Late Fees on Dry Shipper return will be strictly enforced the rental fee is only applicable for five business days, including the initial day of shipping. The dry shipper is valued at $ , and it is recommended that the container is insured for this value upon the return of the container to Gallun Farms, Inc. If the container is not returned, or is returned in a damaged condition, the client is responsible for charges up to $ , to cover the repair and/or replacement of the dry shipper. CREDIT CARD NUMBER and COMPLETED AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO SEMEN BEING SHIPPED. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF SEMEN SHIPMENTS. Gallun Farms (acting as Stallion Manager) shall provide semen from the stallion indicated on this form provided the request coincides with a binding Breeding Agreement. Gallun Farms makes no other guarantees expressed or implied as to the condition of the semen once the dry shipper has left our care. Gallun Farms must be provided with a minimum of 72 hours notice for frozen semen shipments. All Shipments will be processed as requested on a first come first serve basis.
