EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE MOST RINGS COMMENCE AT 9.00am STOCK HORSE CLASSES & SHOW JUMPING COMMENCE AT 8.30AM. PLEASE CHECK SCHEDULE. Special Regulations for Section H 1. A waiver form must be signed by all competitors. A wristband will be issued once competitors have signed. No wristband, no participation. Wristbands issued on Saturday may be used on Sunday. Lost wristbands will result in another waiver needing to be completed. 2. Each horse/rider (handler) combination will receive a card with a unique number. The horse s name & the rider/handler s name will be recorded on each card. If you exhibit 3 horses, you will have 3 cards. Show the correct card to the ring stewards if you win a ribbon. 3. All competitors competing in this section should take part in the GRAND PARADE at 3.00pm on Sunday. 4. Riders and handlers of stallions must be 18 years and over. 5. District events are only open to residents and horses of Yass Valley Shire. 6. Camping charges $20 per camp per night including electricity. 7. All riders in all rings, except the Stock Horse Ring, must wear an approved helmet (Please see Standards on Show Web Page). 8. All exhibitors must produce registration, membership and/or relevant breed and height papers on request for all classes. 9. Novice classes are for horses and/or riders that have not won a 1st place in the same class at an Agricultural Show. 10. Intermediate classes mean horses and/or riders that have not yet been placed in their individual events at a Royal Show. 11. Show Hunter Classes: horses to nominate in Show Hunter or Hack classes (cannot compete in both). 12. All Led Champions are eligible for the Supreme Led Horse of the Show. 13. All Ridden Champions are eligible for the Supreme Ridden Horse of the Show. 14. Additional classes will only be added if there are 3 or more competitors. Major Sponsors Page 1

The animal does not need to be vaccinated against the virus however, if the horse is domiciled in a known hotspot for the virus, then it needs to be vaccinated. Entries will be taken at the Pryde s Easifeed Showjumping Ring from 7am. Waiver to be completed on entering, or have the online version filled out ready, a wristband will be issued. Please keep this wristband if you are competing over the two days. 3. Riders are required to wear helmets PLEASE CHECK YOUR HELMET IS APPROVED AS PER EA RULES. Correct riding attire to be worn. Jackets may be taken off at the judge s discretion. Correct footwear must be worn. 4. White board draw prior to each class. 5. Practice area will be on the main arena. Please adhere to the marshalls directions. 6. Organisers may amend the program where/when required, or if necessary. 7. Mounted presentations for each class - Winner & placegetters please make yourself available asap when the results are announced. 8.
