1 4 H Horse Record (One record per horse) The 4 H Horse Record is a summary of your Horse Project for the current 4 H year. Fill out a new record each year. Keep your record neat, clean, and up to date. If you need help, ask your parents or leader. If you need more space, attach another sheet of paper.
