2 Gypsy horses will go by GHSA rule set. GVHS & GHRA APPROVED SHOW! Friesian & Draft Classes will go by USEF Rules! IFSHA members will receive points for the show. Drum Classes will go by IDHA Rules! Open Draft: Any type of draft horse, including part breeds! Gypsy & Drum May not cross enter into Draft Division. Open Draft Division does not require registration papers. JJ Horse Celebration 2018 IFSHA/GVHS/GHRA/GHSA/IDHA Show Policies Health Papers: In State Horses- negative coggins dated within 1 year of the show. Out of State Horses- Health certificate dated within 45 days of the show and a negative coggins dated within 12 months of the show. All checks will be cashed as soon as possible. No refunds will be given without a certified Vet note and verification from Vet. No post-dated checks will be accepted. All classes must be paid for before the class. A $25 check return fee will be charged and further action may be taken by show management AMHR/GVHS/IDHA. No refunds will be given on any scratched classes at show. No fee for adding classes at show! The two-minute gate rule will be in effect! The two-minute timing shall start when the last horse enters the ring. If you need a gate hold please fill out gate hold form in the office. Gate Check in Policy: the exhibitor is responsible to get oneself into the class. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to check-in with the gate person and make sure you are in the correct class. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES! Stall Requests: Please use the request line on the entry form for stabling requests. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee. To be properly entered in this show: Horse: 1. Copy of registration papers on file with show manager 2. Copy of negative coggins/health certificate (see requirements above) 3. Completed entry form 4. Pay fees in full Exhibitor: 1. All exhibitors must have a properly signed liability of release form on file. 2. WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (Please complete one form per person/exhibitor) RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: In consideration for the acceptance of the participant and/or the participant's horse or pony in the events sponsored or organized (directly or indirectly) by this organization, it is understood and agreed that JJ Horse Show & Event Management, GVHS, GHRA, GHSA, AMHR/ASPC/ASPR, IDHA, as well as its members, employees, agents, sponsors, volunteers, insurers, organizers, and others acting on their behalf shall not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or injury to any person or property which is cause directly or indirectly by any reason, including by not limited to the negligence or act or omission of JJ Horse Show & Event Management or others acting on its behalf (except for an act or omission that constitutes gross negligence or act or omission or willful and wanton misconduct.) The exhibitor, owner, rider/driver, trainer, as well as their respective heirs, administrators, agents and representatives (hereafter referred to collectively as "Participants") further agree to indemnify and hold JJ Horse Show & Event Management and its members, employees, agents, sponsors, volunteers, and insurers harmless for any injury or loss suffered during or in connection with this show. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ Horse Show & Event Management for all expenses or liability incurred as a result thereof, including attorney's fees. It is fully understood and agreed between the parties that as a material condition to any owner or exhibitor entering or showing at the JJ Horse Show & Event Management show, that the JJ Horse Show & Event Management and its members, employees, agents sponsors, volunteers, and insurers will at no time have Care, Custody, and/or Control of any animals and/or personal property whether or not exhibited, which are brought on or about the show/event grounds where the event takes place. The exhibitor or owner, its employees, associates, and/or agents will have full control, custody and care of any animals, and/or personal property which are brought on or about the premises of the show. For the overall working of the show, the exhibitor or owner must handle and care for any animals and/or personal property in accordance with rules and regulations established by the management of the show, its employees or its agents.
