If exhibitors intend to arrive on the grounds earlier or stay later beyond Sunday evening and need to use stalls, special arrangements can be made. You may bring your own shavings. Anyone wishing to be stalled next to each other MUST list names on their entry blank. Entries must be received by closing date of show to guarantee stalls being together. Stalls MUST be paid for at the time reservations are made. There will be no refunds on stalls unless show management asks you to give up a stall due to a shortage or notice is given to the show manager prior to the first class of the show and NWMHC does not incur the cost of the stall. If all stalls are reserved prior to receiving your reservation, show management will attempt to notify you of this situation by phone prior to the show. No horse may be stabled in a horse trailer or any other vehicle/trailer used to haul a horse at any NWMHC show.
