He has moved cows down the road and has spent a good amount of time in the feed yard. Jake has been trail rode and will cross anything and go anywhere you point him. Roped on him outside, rode in feed yard, trail rode everywhere, and will do anything you ask him to. He also has been used to brand calves. Junior is a very quiet little horse that anyone can ride. Been used in The heading, breakaway, sorting, team penning and been used in the pasture and is good at it all. Carried flags and been hauled to rodeos and been used as a practice horse. Would be great for a step up horse for someone who has experience. He is quick and a fun horse to ride. Neg. Coggings

Spatz Shorty is an all around nice horse. He is 14 hands tall. He has been used in the branding pen and drug several calves. He has been pasture roped and doctored off of. Shorty also has been trail rode and will go anywhere you point him. Very light in the face and moves off leg pressure well. Neg. Coggins. "Guy" has been a friendly, trail horse for us for several years. He trailers and stands good, goes through mud, streams and over big logs and wooden platforms. I am 70 and get along with him just fine but he does shy at some things. Usually a spook in place and he has never bucked or ran away. I have 4 others and he just needs more use. Easy keeper and never gets fat. LOT 12 GRADE (Rooster) COLOR: Black FOALED: 5/1/2004 OWNER: J. Buser LOT 10 GRADE (ACE) COLOR: Sorrel FOALED: 2007 OWNER: Petrzilka Quarter Horses Ace has been ridden by a 65 year old man on the farm to check cows in the pasture and cornstalks. Ace has flaxen mane and tail and stands 15.1 hands tall. He has no bad habits and stands good ` JOHN BREED: MULE 12-year old John Mule hands. Rooster is very well broke. A been-there-done that Mule. He has been rode and packed in the mountains. He neck reins, nice steady walk and transitions through all his gates easily. Video available but watch him in the preview.

He has moved cows down the road and recently rode in the feed yard opening gates and pushing cattle. Dough will cross water and logs with no hesitation. He stands good for the farrier and has no bad habits. Buser MOLLY BREED: MULE 18-year old Molly Mule hands. Mabel has been all over the states from coon hunting, down south to packing and out elk hunting in the mountains of Colorado. She is very well broke, rides out on her own and comes back home the same speed she left. Very smooth gates, canters with ease. Great beginner Mule that anyone can ride. Neg. Coggins. LOOSE SALE - Loose horses sell first. All loose horses are sold as is but we encourage all customers to be honest and call any soundness or bad habit or health problems on their horses consigned to the Loose horse sale. Loose horses are sold in the order delivered to the yards. Friday afternoon delivered horses sell first. If you loose horse is registered, bring papers to gate at time of delivery and attach a brief note to the papers about the horse ( if bred or open., soundness, riding ability, etc) Loose horses sell in the order unloaded and delivered to the yards. Unload loose horses on WEST end of the yards. Information on your horse will be taken down at that time by our yard staff. OPEN CONSIGNMENT SALE - Early Consignments include: 1. 5-year old gray mare. Calm and gentle. Has been used for lots of trail riding. Also good cattle horse. 100% sound. 2. Reg. APHA bay tobiano 11-year old gelding that the owner raised. Lucky was at a trainer for about 45 days three years ago. He started out doing pretty good then the last 10 days he went downhill for him. He did not charge me for the training and said he hoped someone else could work him but I did not try again. He is very good in the pasture and very friendly. Leads and is good with the farrier and the vet. Big good looking horse. CHECKS for Loose and Open Consignment Sale available on sale day as per USDA rules and regulations. Reg. APHA dun tobiano 14-year old gelding. Nicker just has not been worked. I have sat on him in a saddle but did not know what to do with him. He also leads and is good for the Ferrier and the vet. She is a 4-year old AQHA sorrel mare that is a OWN daughter of High Brow Cat. Kate has had 6 months of riding on the trails in Arizona. She was a good buy and went home with a South Dakota Buyer. Doer, Creighton, NE. This 6-year old Registered paint sorrel tobiano gelding was sired by Peptos Pretty Pep and out of a daughter of the legend, Strait From Texas. He was broke to both ride and drive and used for roping and doctoring cattle. He sold to M. Sherwood, SD. Thank you for your business.
