2 HORSES IN ACTION ENTRIES ON THE DAY CONDITIONS OF ENTRY GIDGEGANNUP Horse and Pony Club SOCIETY S LIABILITIES: Neither the Society or Gidgegannup Horse & Pony Club Inc. will be responsible for any accident that may be caused through or by any exhibitor. It is a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold the Ag Society and the Pony Club, blameless and indemnified against any legal proceedings arising from any such accident. All riders to wear current safety approved helmets. PROTESTS: Must be lodged within half an hour after the event with a deposit of $50.00 to the Chief Steward which shall be forfeited to the Society if the protest is not upheld. PROGRAMME: The Committee reserves the right to alter or amend this programme in any way it sees fit without giving prior warning. Classes may be combined or split at the Committee s/judge s discretion. All rings will be running concurrently so competitors are advised to bear this in mind when submitting entries. REFUNDS: Non-participation in an event will NOT warrant a refund of entry monies. JUDGES: THE JUDGE S DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL CASES. Judges are not to be approached under any circumstances by any competitor or spectator. Classes will NOT be held up for late arrivals except at the discretion of the Judge. All events will be run under the rules of the G.H. & P.C. ENTRIES: On the day.
