Horses and Riders do not have to be registered, all are welcome to compete. Horses restricted to two consecutive height classes on day one, events 1-4. 4 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Riders & Handlers MUST sign Indemnity Waivers before competing. PIC numbers will need to be recorded as well. Forms will be at Ring Office, Show jumping Ring & Secretary s Office 2. All entries are accepted on the basis that all competitors compete solely at their own risk HORSE OWNERS-it is in your interest to have your own Public Risk Insurance 3 All riders under 18yrs must wear an approved safety helmet while riding & competing on Guyra Showground 4 While every effort will be made to follow the program the Stewards reserve the right to change scheduling if needed 5 All competitors & ribbon winners are requested to participate in the Grand Parade 6 Entry Fees are applicable to all competitors 7 The Society will provide a measurer but will also accept a Measurement Certificate of Height, Current EFA & current Show Horse Council certificates. Measurer will be in attendance on Friday morning & at request during the show 8 A Pony is not exceeding 14hh, Galloway is over 14hh & not exceeding 15hh, Hack Is over 15hh 9 All Breeds & Classifications must be registered and financial members. Papers must be available if requested 10. Definitions: Maiden Hack - Galloway - Pony, is one that has not won a first prize in a Hack Class Novice Hack is open to horses that have never won an Open Champion at a recognised show Intermediate Hack is open to horses that have never won a first prize at a Royal Show 11 Competitors MUST choose if their horse is either Adults or Childs Hack, they may not compete in both 12 Show Hunter Horses: Horses that compete as Show Hunter are ineligible to compete as Hacks. 13 The Committee stipulates that entrants pay attention to correctness of dress & equipment for events in which they are participating and abide by the rules and regulations that are set within their associations. 14 Stallions may only compete in classes provided. No Stallions in Hack or Hunter Classes 15 In Age events proof of age must be available if required by the Stewards 16 Junior Competitors (under 13yrs) shall not be requested to dismount under judging 17 Local Classes: Horses must be owned and permanently stabled within Guyra Shire and ridden by a local resident or committee member.
