Note: Pre-entries close September 25, Make entries payable to: COSCA and mail to Show Secretary: Joyce Berger, Jeffries Rd., Berlin Heights, OH All paybacks will be mailed to exhibitors after the show. The Show Committee has the right to pay back only ½ the pre-entry fees for the first five places in all classes with seven or less exhibitors (excluding jackpot classes). Walk-trot classes are open to exhibitors who have not cantered at a COSCA show in the current show season. Equitation, Showmanship, & Horsemanship Pre-Entry $5.00; Post Entry $8.00. RANCH HORSES CLASSES will receive an OVER ALL HIGH POINT AWARD SPONSORED BY BOB AND KAREN HUFF ALL BREED MUSICAL LIBERTY CLASS RULES (limited to 15 entries): Liberty is demonstrating the natural beauty of the horse. Horses are to be judged on style, grace, animation, gaits, and presence. Open to any breed of stallions, mares, or geldings. Horses must be two years of age and over. Horses are to be shown without tack or equipment, exceptions being protective leg wraps and bell boots. Horses may be decorated according to their respective breed or musical theme. A maximum of two (2) minutes time limit will be allowed per horse. The official time begins when the halter is removed from the horse. The horse must perform at its natural gaits, both clockwise and counterclockwise. Horse may receive cues from a whip only but it cannot touch the horse. Two handlers per horse are allowed in the ring with the horse. Handlers must be twelve (12) years of age or older. Handlers may not touch, ride, or handle the horse at any time after their music starts (CDs only, please. NO CASSETTES). Horses must be caught and haltered within two (2) minutes or be penalized. Entry free for the Liberty Class is $20.00 and must be made on the Championship Show Entry Form. Entries must be made prior to the mandatory Liberty Class meeting. A mandatory Liberty Class meeting will be held in front of the Entry Booth, Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. All eligible participants must be in attendance with your music. GROUNDS FEE--$10.00 per horse if showing out of trailer. OFFICE FEE - $5.00 per horse Box stalls available at $50.00 each (no bedding furnished) on a RESERVED BASIS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT ONLY. Tack Stalls--$50.00 each, limited availability. State time of arrival and departure when ordering stalls. Mail in reservations only. No phone calls, please! Stalls will not be available before 6:00 pm on Thursday. Stall Manager will be on grounds and available until 10:00 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday. If arriving after 10:00 pm it will be necessary to bring your own bedding. Baled pine shavings will be allowed at the exhibitor s expense. Shavings will be available for purchase on grounds. Fees for travel trailers and campers or any other type electric hookup--$30.00 per day; $50.00 weekend. Campers are not permitted on grounds until after 12:00 Noon, Thursday. NO EXCEPTIONS. A surcharge of $ may be assessed to those vehicles that arrive prior to the

3 designated schedule as set forth above. No entries will be accepted and no exhibitor will be permitted to show until payment is made. Anyone bringing golf carts or other motorized vehicles onto the grounds must register them with the show office. The registration fee is $ Operators must have valid drivers license.
