GENERAL RULES AND REGULATION I KETENTUAN DAN PERATURAN UMUM ENTRY CLOSING DATE/PENUTUPAN PENDAFTARAN All entries must be made using the prescribed froms attached. Entries must reach the Organizer s Address or indonesiaonenation@hotmail. Com before or by the Monday, September Entries received after September 2018 will be considered as Late Entries. The 50% late fee applied. Entries may be made in person or via to secretariat together with waiver and liability form. Riders are nor allowed to enter the competition arena before all payment is done. Entry fees are not refundable, changing class is allowed. Semua pendaftaran harus menggunakan formulir yang telah ditentukan dan harus sampai ke panitia atau melalui (indonesiaonenation@hotmail.com) paling lambat pada hari Senin, September Pendaftaran yang masuk setelah tanggal tersebut akan dikenakan tambahan denda sebesar 50% dari biaya pendaftaran normal. Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan secara langsung di kantor sekretariat atau melalui , bersamaan dengan formulir waiver and liability form. Peserta tidak diperbolehkan untuk memasuki arena pertandingan sebelum seluruh pembayaran diselesaikan. Tidak ada pengembalian uang pendaftaran, tetapi dapat mengganti dengan kelas lainnya. ENTRY FEES/BIAYA PENDAFTARAN Entry fees for each class are shown in the competition schedule. Biaya pendaftaran untuk setiap kelas tercantum di dalam jadwal pertandingan. ENTRY FEE DISCOUNT/ POTONGAN HARGA BIAYA PENDAFTRAN Entry fee discount will be given to military participant or military s children as follows : 1. 0% discount for the first entry 2. 50% discount for the second entry 3. For the third entry onwards will be charged 0% of entry fee There is no charge of entry fee for the Military Show Jumping class (CS ) Diskon biaya pendaftaran diberikan kepada peserta militer atau anak militer adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Riders under the age of 18 must have guardian consent. To be returned with entry forms. Formulir pelepasan hak harus dikembalikan setelah ditandatangani oleh atlet yang akan bertanding. Bagi yang masih berumur di bawah 18 tahun harus ditandatangani oleh wali yang bersangkutan. INSURANCE/ASURANSI All owners and competition are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep their policy up to date. Pemilik kuda dan para peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala kerusakan dan kehilangan yang disebabkan oleh diri, karyawan maupun oleh pihak ketiga lainnya. Oleh karena itu sangat disarankan untuk melindunginya dengan asuransi. GENERAL CONDITION/UMUM Washing the horses should be done at the wash bay only and not inside the stables. You must provide plastic trash bag for the deposition of dung and other refuse. The dung must be removed from the sawdust daily and disposed of in a proper manner. At the end of competition, all stables must be cleaned of all dung and left over feed. The stables and other areas occupied by participants must be kept clean and tidy at all times. You are not allow to burn sawdust or any other material inside the stable. Cooking inside the stable is not permitted. Memandikan kuda hendaknya dilakukan hanya di tempat khusus pemandian kuda, bukan di dalam kandang. Anda harus menyiapkan kantung plastik untuk membuang kotoran dan sampah lainnya. Kotoran harus dibersihkan dari serbuk dan dibuang sebagaimana mestinya. Pada akhir acara, semua kandang harus dibersihkan dari sisa kotoran dan makanan sisa. Kandang dan sekitarnya harus selalu bersih. tidak diperbolehkan membakar serbuk atau benda lainnya di dalam kandang. Memasak di dalam kandang tidak diperkenankan.

Kandang akan dibuka mulai Minggu, 9 September 2018, jika membutuhkan kandang sebelum tanggal tersebut, harap menghubungi kami melalui indonesiaonenation@hotmail.com RULES OF COMPETITION/PERATURAN PERTANDINGAN The event will be held in accordance with : o FEI General Regulation 2018, 23 rd edition 1 January 2009, updates effective 1 January 2018 o FEI Dressage Rules 2018, 25 th edition, effective 1 January 2014 updates efective 1 January 2018 o FEI Jumping Rules 2018, 26 th edition, effective 1 January 2018 The competition will run under the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI), as stated above. In any circumstance where FEI are not available the Organizing Commitee will have the authority to make decision. Pertandingan akan diselenggarakan dengan menggunkan peraturan FEI sebagaimana tersebut di atas. Dalam hal tidak ditemukannya peraturan pertandingan pada FEI Rules, maka akan ditentukan oleh panitia pertandingan. PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY/UPACARA PEMBAGIAN HADIAH Participation in the prize-giving ceremony is CUMPOLSORY. The Athletes who does not enter the prize-giving ceremony will loose the clarification and all prizes. Exception to this rules can be granted by the Ground Jury at spesific cases.

Pengecualian dapat diberikan oleh juri untuk kasus tertentu. PRIZES/HADIAH It is regarded exhibition class if only one participant in the class, and the prizes will not be provided. If there are only 3 participants in the class, the prize is allocated to the first and second winner only. If there are only 2 participants in the class, the prize will be given to the first winner only. Prize money is not available for Children and Junior classes, but other prizes will be provided. Jika dalam satu kelas hanya ada satu peserta maka kelas tersebut dianggap sebagai eksibisi dan tidak disediakan hadiah. Jika ada 3 peserta maka hadiah hanya akan disediakan untuk pemenang pertama dan kedua. Jika hanya ada 2 peserta maka hadiah hanya akan disediakan untuk pemenang pertama. Hadiah uang tidak tersedia untuk kelas Children dan Junior, tetapi akan disediakan hadiah dalam bentuk lainnya. THE OC RESERVE THE RIGHT/PANITIA BERHAK UNTUK Alter advertised times if neccessary Cancel, divide or combined any class or event Refuse any entry Increase or decrease the height of the obstacle depending on the entries or other condition Mengganti jadwal waktu yang telah diinformasikan Membatalkan kelas atau event, membagi kelas Menolak pendaftaran Menambah atau mengurangi tinggi rintangan tergantung daftar peserta atau keadaan yang lain. APPEALS Complaints and appeals must be in writing to the Ground Jury, signed by the authorized person from the club making the complaint and presented personally the appeal committee together with any supporting note evidence and names of witnesses and the deposit of Rp 1,000,000;. Complaints must be made not later than 30 minutes after the result are announced. If the complaint is accepted, Organizing Committee will refund the deposit conversely, if the complaint is not accepted the deposit will remain with the OC. Refer to the FEI Art. 167 Of General Rules & regulations for more details. Protes harus dilakukan secara tertulis dan ditandatangani oleh penanggung jawab klub lalu diserahkan kepada ketua dewan juri dengan disertai dengan uang jaminan sebesar Rp ; (satu juta rupiah). Protes harus diajukan paling lambat 30 menit setelah hasil pertandingan diumumkan. Jika protes diterima, maka uang jaminan akan dikembalikan. Jika protes tidak diterima maka uang jaminan menjadi hak panitia pertandingan.

8 Halaman 7 I indonesiaonenation@hotmail.com COMPETITION GROUND/LAPANGAN PERTANDINGAN Jumping & Dressage Arena : Sand/Pasir HORSE NUMBERS/NOMOR KUDA Horse Numbers are NOT distributed by the organizer. Riders must provide horse number and are responsible for displaying the correct number on their horses at all time. Panitia tidak menyediakan nomor kuda. Atlet harus menyediakan sendiri nomor kuda dan bertanggung jawab atas pemasangan nomor kuda yang benar pada saat pertandingan berlangsung. TECHNICAL BRIEFING 1. Dressage (2 round competition) : Wednesday, 12 September 2018 at Dressage (2 round competition) : Rabu, 12 September 2018 pukul Dressage-Walk Trot : Friday, 14 September 2018 at Dressage-Walk Trot : Jumat, 14 September 2018 pukul Show Jumping : Friday, 14 September 2018 at Show Jumping : Jumat, 14 September 2018pukul *Semua technical briefing dilaksanakan di venue pertandingan II. JUMPING RULES & REGULATIONS Classes are judged under the FEI rules. For the in-house rules read as below : 1. OPEN classes are open for riders of all ages and horses of all grades. Kelas OPEN terbuka bagi semua penunggang dan kuda di semua umur dan level. 2. JUNIOR classes are open for the riders until up to 18 years old. Kelas Junior untuk para penunggang yang berusia hingga sampai dengan 18 tahun. 3. SENIOR classes are open for the riders above 18 y.o Kelas Senior untuk para penunggang yang berusia di tas 18 tahun. 4. MILITARY classes are open ONLY for cavalry military officer AND using military horse. After the entries are submitted,the horses will be drawn at the technical briefing. Kelas Militer HANYA untuk anggota militer DENGAN menggunakan kuda militer/kesatuan DENKAVKUD. Setelah semua pendaftran masuk, kuda akan diundi saat technical briefing. 5. OPEN/CIVILIAN classes are open for military and open for non-military/civilian. Kelas OPEN/CIVILIAN terbuka untuk anggota militer dan juga untuk penunggang sipil/bukan anggota militer. 6. Riders will be eliminated if enter the class of wrong age category. Penunggang akan didiskualifikasi apabila mengikuti kelas dengan kategori umur yang salah. 7. In the NON-JUMPOFF classes BELOW 1 (one) meter an horse can be ridden by maximun three (3) riders/entries. Pada kelas NON-JUMP off dibawah 1 (satu) meter, satu kuda dapat ditunggang maksimal 3 (tiga) kali/pendaftaran. 8. In the classes BELOW 1 (one) meter, 3 (three) refusals are allowed.

No horse may take part with more than one rider in the same class in the jumping competition except in the cm class and below. Kuda tidak boleh dipakai oleh lebih dari 1 (satu) penunggang pada kelas jumping yang sama, kecuali untuk kelas cm ke bawah. III. DRESSAGE RULES & REGULATIONS Classes are judge under the FEI rules. For the in-house rules read as below : 1. OPEN classes are open for riders of alla ges and all horses. Kelas OPEN terbuka bagi semua penunggang dan kuda di semua umur dan level. 2. CHILDREN classes are open for the riders Up to 14 years old. Kelas Children untuk para penunggang yang berusia sampai dengan 14 tahun. 3. JUNIOR classes are open for the riders above 14 y.o until up to 18 years old. Kelas Junior untuk para penunggang yang berusia di atas 14 tahun hingga samapi dengan 18 tahun 4. SENIOR classes are open for the riders above 18 y.o Kelas Senior untuk para penunggang yang berusia di atas 18 tahun. 5. No horse may take part with more than one rider int he same class (except for Walk-Trot class). Kuda tidak boleh dipakai lebih dari 1 penunggang pada kelas yang sama, kecuali untuk kelas Walk-Trot. 6. In Walk-Trot classes one horse can be ridden by up to three (3) riders per day. Kuda boleh dinaik maksimal 3 kali pada kelas Walk Trot per hari. 7. A rider/horse combination is allowed to start in two different classes but with no more than one level difference, i.e : Walk Trot-Preliminary, Preliminary-Elementary. Kombinasi atlet dan kuda dalam kelas dressage yang diperbolehkan adalah tidak lebih dari 1 (satu) level tes yang berbeda. 8. Riders will be eliminated if enter the wrong age category. Penunggang akan didiskualifikasi apabila mengikuti kelas dengan kategori umur yang salah. DRESS AND SADDLERY 1. Headgear. Use a properly fastenend protective headgear is cumpolsary at all time during mounted. Pelindung kepala. Memakai pelindung kepala dengan benar adalah wajib selama berada di punggung kuda. 2. Dress. Whte, light colored or black gloves are cumpolsory. White or light colored breeches, white tie or stocktie, black riding boots, a dark colour jacket are required when competing and during the presentation of prizes. Pakaian. Sarung tangan putih krem atau hitam, adalah wajib. Celana tunggang putih atau krem, dasi putih, sepatu boots hitam, jas berwarna gelap diperlukan pada saat pertandingan atau penyerahan hadiah.

10 Halaman 9 I indonesiaonenation@hotmail.com 3. Spurs. Spurs capable of wounding a horse are forbidden. Spurs must be of smooth metal. There must be a shank ponting only towards the rear, which must be no more than 3,5 cm long. The end must be blunt in order to prevent wounding a horse. If the shank is curved. The spurs must be worn only with the shank directed downwards. Spurs. Tidak diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan spurs yang dapat melukai kuda. Spurs harus terbuat dari logam halus dan menghadap ke belakang betis, dengan panjang tidak melebihi 3,5 cm. Ujung spurs harus tumpul agar tidak melukai kuda. 4. Whips. Whips up to 120cm lenght are permitted to use during the tests. Children/pony is 0cm. Cambuk. Cambuk dengan panjang 120 cm diperbolehkan saat bertanding. Untuk anak-anak dan kuda poni adalah 0 cm. 5. Boots. In all Tests, boots (other than as part of regulation service dress) must be black. They must either be long boots in one piece or a full grain smooth leather leg piece and leather boots. Sepatu boots. Untuk semua tes harus berwarna hitam, baik sepatu boots panjang maupun gabungan antara chaps kulit yang halus dengan sepatu kulit. 6. Bits. Snaffle bridle cumpolsory for all dressage tests up to and including Elementary level. Bits. Snaffle bridle wajib untuk semua kelas sampai dengan Elementary. 7. Walk Trot Test. Simple side reins and whips up to 0 cm lenght are permitted. Spurs are not allowed. Walk Trot. Side reins sederhana dan cambuk sampai dengan 0 cm diperbolehkan. Spurs tidak diijinkan. HORSE SCHOOLING No one other than the Athlete may ride the Horse he/she entered with, after arrival on the show ground and official opening of the stables according to the FEI approved scheduleas well as for the durationof the whole Event under penalty of disqualification (See Art ). This means, for instance, that a groom mounted in the saddle may walk the Horse on a long, safe rein and that lunging and verbal assistance from the ground from the trainer or his representative is permitted, except for Walk Trot class & Children Classes. Kuda tidak diijinkan untuk ditunggang dan dilatih selain oleh penunggang yang akan bertanding, terhitung dari kedatangan. Kecuali untuk kelas Walk Trot dan kelas Children. EARPHONES Earphones and other electronic communication devices are not permitted at Dressage Competitions whilst competing and is penalized by elimination. These devices are permitted during training and warm-up. Segala bentuk alat komunikasi tidak diperbolehkan saat bertanding dan akan dikenakan sanksi eliminasi. Alat bantu ini hanya dapat digunakan saat latihan dan pemanasan.

11 Halaman I indonesiaonenation@hotmail.com HORSE DECORATION Any decoration of the Horse with extravagant items, such as ribbons or fowers int he mane or/and tale is strictly forbidden. Normal plaiting of the Horse s mane and tale is allowed. Hiasan utnuk kuda yang berlebihan seperti pita atau bunga pada surai kuda dan/atau ekor tidak diperbolehkan. Kepangan yang biasa untuk surai dan ekor diperbolehkan. GADGETS Martingales, breastplates, bit guards, any running reins, any boots or bandages, blinkers, ear muffs and any others, are under penalty of elimination, strictly forbidden. Ear muffs are allowed during prize giving ceremonies. Martingales, breastplates, bit guards, alat bantuk untuk kendali, boots atau bandages, pembatas,ata, penutup telinga tidak diperbolehkan. Penutup telinga hanya diperbolehkan pada saat penyerahan hadiah. OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE Any outside help by voice, signs, etc. Is considered as illegal or anauthorized assistance to an Athlete or a Horse. The horse-rider combination must be eliminated in this case. Reading the test is allowed for walk trot classes. Semua jenis tindakan bantuan, baik teriakan, suara, isyarat atau aba-aba kepada atlit dan/atau kuda, dianggap illegal dan akan dikenakan sangsi eliminasi. Untuk kelas Walk-trot diperkenankan membacakan test. BELL After the sound of bel, the Athletes must enter the arena at A within fourty five (45) seconds. Horse and Rider combiantion not entering the Arena within 90 seconds after the bell will be eliminated. Setelah bel dibunyikan, atlet harus memasuki arena dari huruf A dalam hitungan 45 detik. Jika setelah 90 detik atlet belum memasuki arena maka dianggap tersisih.
