All exhibitors MUST sign the EA Release & Waiver of Liability/Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement otherwise will not be permitted to compete. 3. The committee reserves the right to cancel, alter or combine any events/classes they may deem necessary. 4. Stallions and Colts must be control at all times, have suitable headgear and the age of the handler must be 18 years of age or (If a stallion gets loose due to the headgear the owner will be held responsible for any damage caused). 5. Handler s age shall be the age on the day of the competition. 6. Horses/Ponies with dual registrations may compete in all eligible events AND Other Registered Breeds only if your registration is not ced in any of the rings. 7. Proof of registration and current breed society membership MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ENTRY and with you on the day of the show, together with height certificate if required by your breed society. Pending memberships will NOT be accepted. 8. Please remember to keep an eye on each ring in which you are competing to ensure you don t miss your event. Due to the amount of entries each ring will differ in times and maybe subject to change between rings dependant on competitor numbers. 9. Veteran Classes are for mature aged horses 14yrs & ** NOTE If you compete in the veterans classes you are NOT eligible for the age classes or supreme however are eligible for the Supreme of Supremes Veteran Led & Ridden. 10. OTT breed classes are eligible to compete for Supreme and SOS. 11. Please note that winners of the OTT Show Horse Series are NOT eligible to compete for SOS. 12.
