Rear ramp, extra large dressing room which will hold a combined driving carriage. 30ft long, inside height 87" & inside width 82" Excellent condition. Plus some harness and riding equipment. Also selling preofessionally bulit wagon with Cleason Martin. Wagon is new and includes tow bar and equipment sitting out front. suitable for draft or commercial horses. Wagon has hydraulic brakes. Easy keeper, easy to catch, no buck, bolt or rear. He has been pastured with cattle and other horses, well mannered boy! No lameness issues, been shod and barefoot. Sire: Acres of Boon Dam: Skippen with A freckle (papers go back Freckles play boy) This mare is a sweetheart, will come to you in the pasture. Always tries to please. Easy keeper, barefoot, lives outside 24/7. Can stay in stall over night no issues. This mare is quiet, can go in group. Been around farm equipment and cattle no bother at all. Has basic training. Has been on trails, 100% sound, up to date on worming. Great for farrier. Ties at trailer, and cross ties. Easy on the mouth, moves off leg pressure both sides. Bends, back up, roll back, Walk, trot, lope. Extremely athletic, can turn on a dime. No buck, no rear. Been at local speed shows ( barrels, poles, key hole and flag) Not for a beginner rider but could be with more work and time. He is broke to ride. walk, jogs, lopes both ways. backs up well. does not have a lot of miles on him. He is quiet, smooth gaited & eager to please. He is a kitten in the cross ties. good with farrier. Is used to dogs, kids, chickens, tractors and other horses. Needs a Good Home. No time to spend with him. She has Hollywood Jac and Genuine Doc on her papers.. She would make a good Team Penning/Sorting horse. Also has potential to be a hunter/jumper pony, 14.2 hh. Sound and No vices. She stands quietly in the cross ties or tied to the horse trailer. Loads easily and hauls well. Excellent feet, good with farrier. Quiet on trail rides and has been on overnight camping.
