Show Time: Friday, Sept 28, :00 pm. show office opens Not to start before 6:30pm Show Time: Saturday, Sept 29, :00 a.m. show office opens 7:30 a.m. show begins Show Time: Sunday, Sept 30, :00 a.m. show office opens 8:00 a.m. show begins Arena will be open until Midnight Friday evening (in and around in-hand trail set up) and closed Saturday after Gymkhana for trail set-up. Patterns will be available for you to print off the website by September 12th. Patterns will be available at the show office. Entry Fees: ISHSA Classes: $12.00 per class, plus $2.00 per horse one-time promotion fee, plus $2.00 per horse onetime awards fee for a total of $16.00 for the first class, then just $12.00 for each additional class. To pre-register, call Shawn Charters (208) , or chartersconsulting@gmail.com by MIDNIGHT, Tuesday, September 25th. Pre-entries for the double point will have any necessary information ready for pick-up on Friday after 2:00pm; otherwise you must enter in person during the show. The secretary will collect the show fees when you pick up your number or check in. Horses will not be allowed to enter classes unless class fees are paid, or a deposit is left with the show office. A signed blank check satisfies the deposit rule. Numbers will not be handed out without one of the above. Class scratches must be done two classes in advance of scratched class to receive a refund, or you will be charged for it. ISHSA will assess a $25.00 fee for any bank returned checks and will hold your year end points until all money is paid. We will accept credit card payments with fee. Form available in show office Please check in with the office and finalize your bill with the secretary before you leave the show grounds. Stalls, Shavings and RV Spaces are available; reserve online at -- or call the Ford Idaho Horse Park (208) for more info. Load in day is Friday, September 28th. Stalls are $27.00 per day/night. If you load in Thursday September 27th for Ranch Horse day, stall is still $27.00/day/night. Thursday thru Sunday would be 3 nights for a total of $81.00, Friday thru Sunday would be $ One day would be $ If you haul in any earlier there is a $17.00/day charge. Please remember ABSOLUTELY NO lunging in the indoor arena. (Ford Idaho Horse Park Rules) NO dogs allowed inside arena building at any time. Any dogs on the grounds must be on a leash, no exceptions This show is also approved for PAC Credits, ACAAP Approved and AHA-OIEP Approved. TRAIL CLASSES- Trail will be held in the main arena Sunday morning. We will be running two trail courses and will have each main judge paired up with one local judge. One course will be the walk/trot course and one course will be the course for loping horses. This will eliminate keeping all our exhibitors needlessly waiting. Walk Trot course will be closest to the in-gate. Lope course will be closest to the announcer s booth. W a l k - T r o t Trail classes will begin promptly at 8:00!! Lope trail classes will begin at 8:30. Warm up Trail Cost: If you are entered in ANY TRAIL CLASS Sunday you will be accessed an $8 trail warm up fee PER COURSE, unlimited goes and time per course. If you are only signed up for one class only one $8 fee will be assessed. No
2 need to reserve a time slot. Trail warm-up time will be from 5:30 am to 7:30 am. NO people will be allowed to walk the course during warm-ups!! No Exceptions! Individuals will be allowed a 15 minute walk-thru (no horses) after Riding Warm-up. CLASS AND AWARD INFORMATION To qualify for ANY of the High Point and Circuit awards You MUST be CURRENT 2018 ISHS A MEMBER. High Point, Reserve and Circuit awards are based on One Rider/One Horse Team Your horse may be led in halter class by someone else. This is the ONLY exception. Only one halter class will count (for those horses with multiple registries. Halter class must be declared before start of show. *** You do NOT need to be an ISHSA member to show in any class and win the class ribbons*** HALTER CLASSES - Grand and Reserve at halter is for first and second place winners only from each class. Please be sure to comeback for Grand and Reserve in your division Neck Ribbons for Grand and Reserve! Champion of Champions: Grand at halter for stallions, mares and geldings will compete for this award. Neck ribbons for Champion of Champions! REINING - High Point Reining Horse (classes 1 or 2 or 3, plus 4 and 5) must show all 3 classes to qualify. HIGH POINT IN-HAND HORSE- In-Hand horse/handler will be eligible only to those who exhibit animals that do not drive or ride. You must exhibit in the In Hand Trail class (class 34 or 35) as well as your respective halter class (class 6-10,12-16 or18-22) to qualify. Your age division showmanship class (class 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30) also counts for High Point In-Hand. Highest total of points in those 3 classes will win award! HIGH POINT GYMKHANA HORSE Classes 76, 77, 81, 82, 86, 87, 90, 91 count for this High Point. You must show all 4 classes in your age division to qualify for this award. All times will be added together, the fastest combined times wins High Point. Walk-Trot games do not count towards this award. HIGH POINT - 11 & Under (Walk-Trot) Classes 29, 40, 67, 75, 80, 85, 89, 96, 111, 130 and horse MUST be shown in Halter to qualify for the award (Classes or 18-21). (choose just 6 of 10 classes form will be available-must show halter) Halter points count using 1 st =6, 2 nd =5, 3 rd =4, 4 th =3, 3 rd =2, 6 th =1. HIGH POINT Walk-Trot Limited Rider 12 yrs and over Classes 43, 68, 78, 83, 88, 92, 94, 114, 131 and one of the following: 25, 26, 27 or 28 and horse MUST be shown in Halter to qualify for the award (class 6-9, or 18-21) (choose just 6 of 10 classes form will be available- must show halter). Halter points count using 1 st =6, 2 nd =5, 3 rd =4, 4 th =3, 3 rd =2, 6 th =1. HIGH POINT 13 & Under - Classes 28, 50, 73, 98, 118, 136 and horse MUST be shown in Halter to qualify for the award (Classes 6-9 or 12-15). HIGH POINT 14 thru 18 Classes 27, 49, 72, 99, 117, 135 and horse MUST be shown in Halter to qualify for the award (Classes 6-9 or 12-15). HIGH POINT 19 thru 49 Classes 26, 48, 71, 100, 116, 134 and horse MUST be shown in Halter to qualify for the award (class 6-9, 12-15, 18-21).
